A true Field Marshal in God's army. I feel so blessed to have been in small prayer groups with uncle John and to have heard his sermons. They were always on the money. The man exemplified grace.

Thank you Lord for John Stott. After 30 years being a nominal Christian it was John’s book, the Cross of Christ, that lead me to truly understanding who Christ is and what he has done. If you haven’t read it, it will either deeply disturb you or bring you to your knees. Maybe both. It is strong medicine, a kick in the gut, in an age that only wants its ears tickled. If you live your Christian life thinking “what can you do for me God,” this book will make you rethink your question.
