I was looking for foot 🦶 help near me. But nobody does this around me! I had to go find a spa and ask for extended foot massage on a pedicure. Didn’t realize I needed reflexology but would have to travel 3-6 hours here in Canada 🇨🇦 where I am. I get plantar facsia. Plus have issues sleeping among other things. I started doing gua sha (sp?) on my feet myself. Huge difference

This is so interesting! Do you usually target all the areas or the client beforehand lets you know what parts need the most attention?
I ask the clients the areas they are concerned before starting a session and I do all the areas first and then work extra concerned areas :)

Not sure if I am answering correct but crackling sounds could be from my hands or client's feet. If they are client's feet, those are most likely waste matter or just muscle fibers. yutaka-reflexology.com/faq.html

Thank you for your question and watching my video carefully :) I switch oil and cream, depending on the situation and feeling. For reflexology, I use cream mostly :)

I am learning reflexology and feet massage ; most of women don't have so skinny feet and toes here ...
During Summer time, with bare feet and flip flops ... I would say 20% only of women have
skinny "normal" :-) feet ( e.g. among my collegues ... that is about 300 young women ! )

Yutaka why is the pressure weaker when you use oil?
My fingers don't go deeper with oils... this could be my own feeling but I use oils for lighter pressure and creams for harder pressure :)

@@indrajitsinhranjitsinhparm4656 The oil/cream I use are just genetic ones, nothing really special... I tried a few creams/oils and check which creams/oils suit to my style :) The cream I choose is a little thick one and the oil is a soft one. Hope you find your own favorite creams and oils :)
