Because Peyush knows the boy can never pay back loan with his innovations. So Peyush destroyed that boy and he will be completely in debt forever. Aman was trying to explain the offer. But Peyush didn't let him speak. It wasn't actually an offer. It was a trick. Poor boy.

@@yaseenshareef8265 I think his attitude towards him was justified. The man wanted to sell off his company to boAt. Even Anupam sir got angry with the guy because of the same reason. A real entrepreneur has a hustle attitude and does not shy away from competition, Shark Tank is meant for entrepreneurs to get investments, he could've contacted Aman sir directly and he would've directly bought him since he was also intially intimidated by how good the rival company 'Hammer' was doing. I'm not saying it's not okay to sell your company but Shark Tank is not a platform for this which is why he was pissed at him.
