I have 2013 GMC Yukon and when I hold down the button it only mutes audio. Held down the button for 5 minutes straight hoping the bluetooth will turn on, but nothing happened except audio remained muted. Any idea?

I have just purchased a 2013 Yukon Denali from Carmax and they couldn’t help me get it paired to the Bluetooth on my IPhone, right after I bought it! I’m very upset and this video didn’t help.

I found another video don't know if this helps anyone,but you have to say Bluetooth then pair...then go from there...it work for me...I have an android and 2011 yukon xl..see if that works

I have tried every single word that mentioned here in the video and comments, whenever I press the exact button and say "Pair" or "Bluetooth" it replies with "Speak Natively"! 😮
