I want to get a sew in for this school year but am really afraid that i'll have heat damage to my leave out. Do you think I can go without straightening my hair for like two weeks casuing less heat damage?
I've thought about that but if thats the case I might as well my naturally curly hair. I wanted to have the experience os straight hair for longer than a week (thats usually how long my blowouts last)
how do you prevent your hair from breaking or grow your leave out? i really want to do leave out but breakage is the issue my natural hair is really thin.
+Chanice Rich I would suggest investing in a really good flat iron tbh The new one I have helps with breakage . I also definitely use heat protectant , a leave in conditioner ( very little ) , and seal my leave out with an oil . Very little as well . For you .. I would suggest castor oil . It is very essential when it comes to getting your hair thicker . Goood luck girl ! 😘

No , trust me . I get you ! Just make you do a deep treatment and a high moisture treatment before doing so. Always use heat protectant , and skip blow drying if you can ! Good luck
Everytime I put fake hair in and I go outside... I pray the rain don't fall ..😂😭😂😭 causeee bruhh if rain catch my hair with leave out... My hair just gets curly and it looks so weird curl and straight lol

To get better results when straightening your hair period, you should also straighten outwards from your head not downwards.
I’ve always felt like doing outwards created more volume , this look I was going for a bone straight flat look
