Lil Peep - Falling Down ft Xxxtentacion (rework) (og beat from sunlight on your skin) (fan made)

Lil Peep and xxx are getting sued, however in the original version of “sunlight on your skin” ft makonnen. You hear a similar guitar that this guy ive never heard about named “K.R.i.O or something” claims Peep and xxx stole/ripped off from his so g “under my breath” however his song was released im 2018 before falling down, BUT, in the original “Sunlight on your skin” was leaked/teased before peeps unfortunate passing in 2017. There is even a video of peep listening to the original beat of sunlight on your skin, which features that very same guitar instrumental. It was only in the current versions of “Sunlight on your skin” and “falling down” we got a heavily altered version of the original, which still keeps that guitar instrumental. And I highly doubt Xxx used krios guitar because x only hopped on the song after hearing a snippet of Makonnens verse on “sunlight on your skin” and after peeps death. Maybe he helped with altering the sounds to the current versions but stealing/ripping off this krio guy is very unlikely. It is also completely possible that they sound the same by coincidence, this has happened with other artists. And even if it was sampled from krio, tons of artists sample from other artist so this really isnt new. So this Krio guy is bsing right now, or didnt do any kind of research. Unless my research is completely wrong then please let me know in the comments.
