✅ RESTORING AN ANTIQUE CORRAL BIRD FEEDER

Restore a poultry feeder, laying hens, chickens, roosters and other poultry.
We are going to restore this antique poultry feeder, which is in excellent condition despite its age, but it is always good to give it a treatment to better preserve the wood.
The steps to restore an antique wooden farm tool are:
1.- Clean the dirt with water and let it dry in a place where the sun does not shine on it so that the wood does not crack more.
2.- We cover the most evident cracks with homemade putty.
3. - It is sanded.
4. - Finally an ointment is applied to him based on a little of diesel oil, oil and wax. It is perfect for this type of utensils that are usually placed outdoors because it protects the wood very well.
We clean the container with which the food was poured. And that's it.
As we do not have chickens to eat here we are going to reuse it as a beautiful and original flowerpot.
