OMG! I loved it all! I’m at he Media Specialist at my school and I love to use Canva for bulletin boards, social media post, and newsletter. Lately, I’ve been trying to designs shirt logos for students & teachers. Your tricks were all helpful! I’m a follower!
It was excellent and very informative. I have yet to find a video on any subject that is taught in your usual style. Very straightforward yet with a touch of humility (bloopers - love um) and willing to teach to a wide audience of users at different levels of development. Coming from the IT world where Adove Creative Suite of applications, now retired I felt the need to test the waters and by chance stumbled onto Canva and you folks. I can honestly say that for the first time in a long time I'm enjoying myself creating projects that I have wanted to do in my professional life. I suffered from burn out but I'm back thanks to you both and Canva. 👍
Dark mode is not just for geeks. I have light sensitivity problems and dark mode has been a blessing while I work in Canva. I'm so glad they finally added this feature.
Once again I'm amazed to see how the Canva developers continue to expand the programs capabilities while at the same develope user friendly and time saving features. Both you and Diana are my favorite Canva instructors because you both possess the ability to teach us without making us feel like dummies. Unfortunately there are several Canva instructors that talk down to the viewer. Looking forward to growing my skills with Canva.

I have used hundreds of apps/sites in the past decade for graphic design from Paint to Photoshop and and I have never seen one that ever came even close to adding as many features as Canva does. The constant additions is just amazing and makes the cost for pro almost seem too cheap! And to have so many of them in the free version is just super cool. Thanks for making these videos to share them all. Can't wait to use them!

Dark Mode ~ my eyes are gonna thank you for this one. As a night owl, I find my eyes get very light-sensitive, I'm loving this feature. Been using the /Magic feature for a wee while now and am finding it super handy, but I think my Fav one is definitely the Quick Create , Thank you so much. Really like the Background text effect. This will be helpful for supporting accessible design specific to colour contrast. I like the ability to add this as an effect as opposed to needing to add a shape behind the text.

You're welcome Mustafa. This is a question we get a lot. It's not as easy as it seems. We might create a course about how we make our videos in the future when we have a bit of time on our hands for projects like that. You'll need a green background, some editing software and good lighting.

Hey Mako! Thanks for watching our videos 💜 We do not use any app to create subtitles, usually our subtitles are auto-generated by RUclips. I use light mode but in Canva I’ll probably switch to the dark mode because most of my projects are in light colours so it might be easier to find what l’m loookig for :)
what I need is a better way to add subtitles to a video, like Invideo does with layers so you can control where the subtitle will appear and for how long you want it.

We do not use any app to create subtitles, usually our subtitles are auto-generated by RUclips.
However, there is a way to create them with Canva, but the process is a bit tedious (not automated yet).

I use light mode but in Canva I’ll probably switch to the dark mode because most of my projects are in light colours so it might be easier to find what l’m loookig for :)

what I need is a better way to add subtitles to a video, like Invideo does with layers so you can control where the subtitle will appear and for how long you want it.

Are there any tutorials about uploading your photos and videos to canva so other people can use?
If you want other people to be able to use the photos and videos you upload to Canva, they will need to be on your team and you need to place them in a folder that you share with this team.
It would be great if you could make a tutorial about how you make this bitmoji 🙂
