Section 11 CPC of Res judicata that is bar to further suit

if appeal is allowed from injunction then how revision can be made.
once apeeal is allowed no revision can take place then.

@@haunted_kalakaar law of evidence neither comes under the substantive law nor under procedural law, rather it is a subject matter of adjective law as it contains pleadings, evidences and procedures with respect to substantive laws. As it has doctrine of estoppel is the part of substantive law which is covered under evidence act.
