Whats wrong with running fogs? They don't harm anyone... plus they're aimed low, spot lights I can see you having a problem with, but in both my cars I run fogs whenever the headlights are on, I even have both sets of fogs hardwired to the parking lamps so whenever they are on I have independent control of the lights. Not how it comes standard from Toyota & Acura (I drive an '02 4Runner thats lifted and a 2008 Acura RL.) Noob.* :)
