Why wouldn't you bet against the SEC with such a terrible win rate against crypto 🤣
I'm no lawyer but still disagree with this attorney re: her statement that "don't bet against the SEC". Based on court rulings the SEC is getting trounced regularily in their schizoid flip flopping of what constitutes a security. Ultimately many cryptos could wind up as defined commodities which would put them under the charge of the CFTC versus SEC.
If the rules of securities were clear, there wouldn't be a "decision". Because the rules aren't clear, it can't be a security.
ETH was a security from the start, but, moving from POW to POS solidifies it's a security.

The way Etherium was rolled out to entice investors could very well make it a security. It’s on video several different times that they were offering it to wealthy investors.

To protect consumers, states need to make their own rules and regulations regarding technology and not leave it to the Federal Government. Just like they did with marijuana.

Why does it seem she enjoys the unclear regs that will possibly stripe the poor of thier only way out of the corruption of inflation.
The poor doesn’t turn to ETH, they go to BTC or Kaspa, POS is litterally for the rich.
