You can watch typical Rajamouli sir interviews elsewhere. You must appreciate how Sandeep sir conducted this. See how Rajamouli sir gives responses to him like a father passes some good KT to a son. He admires him and his work. There was this mutual appreciation. See how calm and composed Sandeep sir was. He articulated, and showed no signs of submission, and nothing but admiration and curiosity towards Rajamouli sir's work and craftmanship. He didnt praise him and made useless euphoric comments. He genuinely asked him questions as if he is a student, and humble yet confident. I think this interview teaches some character to upcoming directors.
What I got from this interview.
Subject is ultimately the driving factor.
Emotion needs to be shown even for strong characters.
Visual grandeur and details matter.
Work hard and no single simple thing is avoidable.
Have an outward look towards life and tell a story when you are ready.
Story telling is a most beautiful experience.

Sandeep is like student learning everything and we also got to know about the work behind cinema brilliant work by SSR
For the first time, a movie interview had very little focus on the lead actors and a huge emphasis on the film making process.
This is ART in its true sense.
I always feel that the huge pay offered to the protagonists is nowhere justified as they hardly speak about such on the ground content in their talks. But, sadly marketing and publicity of a movie works merely on their face value - hence they're bound to be paid. Every technician adds value to the movie and sometimes way more than what the lead actors do.
By far this is the best interview related to this movie. Another director interviewed the RRR team, that guy was doing Bhajana which was disgusting. It seems these two have great mutual respect for each other's work but not any Bhajana which is soothing for my ears. The vast majority of mass audiences have less than 80 IQ points and they neither have the passion for movies nor have the capabilities to understand the technicalities. Still they are relevant because these people buy the tickets and drive the movie business.
I watched this interview without skipping even for 10 seconds .probably THE BEST INTERVIEW.
21:48 Naatu song was shot in Ukraine, in front of presidential palace, loved SSR mentioning that Ukrainian President Zelensky was an actor who played being president in TV series and later got elected as president for real.
