I actually see RM as a great motivator. He knows how to bring out the best in not only the members but everyone who is touched by them. I actually see politics in his future. I think he has the skills to reinvent what politics can be.

I actually see him as the president for Bighit/Hype. As much as I wish for him to be involved in politics as a public figure (through music) I think he would prefer to push things silently from the side.

Namjoon’s leadership instilled a positive & supportive culture within BTS as a group; they have high work ethic, humble, hard workers and always try their best to be transparent with armies. Plenty occasion you’ll see RM support them and give them the right push.
From my observation, knowing how to speak English alone might not meant much. In RM case he have a very high IQ & EQ which makes him empathetic and effective leader. His ability to be well aware of everything happening around him; he is in tune with members needs and act as a bridge to articulate their thoughts to media/fans/between company - this is not an easy feat. 💜✨
Yes he's a great leader, a great person and a big inspiration 💜
