the problem with "THAT BADGE", is once you "get the certificate" you are done, the best thing to do on 2 strikes is convert your channel into something very placid and start parallel with a new one with a web site back up. Richard hopefully has all that sorted with emails, so he can just transfer subs.
Sometimes they terminate your account without a single strike even if you don't violate their terms and conditions.

Iv pretty much given up comments now, the algorithm is removing or hiding the vast majority now automatically... Even on completely innocent videos. Maybe this will be visible being a smaller channel who knows but this is all coming to head that's for sure.
