Thanks! I decided to go the aggressive route on the vocal delivery for this one too which made my life more interesting 😅 Songs like this really make it apparent why this would be way easier if i let myself comp different takes, but that would defeat the point of the channel really lol.
Thanks friend! It's always interesting seeing what stuff gets traction and what doesn't. I feel like I'd drive myself mad if i chased 'making it' with this stuff... but I'm always grateful to know people enjoy these covers.
I keep telling myself i should be a bit more consistent with these things again, but life has a way of getting busy all the time lol. Glad you've stuck around during the quieter periods 😅
I never really got into Muse, I think I was too young to appreciate their stuff when they initially hit (although I did like Muscle Museum) nevertheless, great Cover as usual! I know I always suggest stuff but it'd be amazing if you covered Frank Black's 'Los Angeles' it's a great Song.
Honestly kinda same... I was in high school when they were first breaking out and I regret not cluing in lol. I'm kinda bad with suggestions as i tend to learn a bunch of stuff but then get stuck on a song a day before i go to record and promptly forget about the other stuff 😅 I'll add it to the pile of songs though!
Totally random but would you consider doing a slow song such as birds of a feather by Billie eilish ? Love your covers and would lover hear it in a different style
You know, that's not a terrible idea... I don't know if i would call that a 'slow song' tbh, but it is pretty sparse in terms of instruments so there's a lot of room for guitar embellishments to fill it in. One thing i have with a lot of modern pop is that the production is the main focus a lot of the time... It feels like once you strip away the production there's not a whole lot of 'song' happening. The birds of a feather song has nice vocals and good production... But it's the same 4 chords throughout the entire song. The chorus only lifts because new instruments get added in, which can be a challenge when you only have 1 instrument to work with 😅. But... That is part of the challenge i guess. We'll see if i can make my voice pretty enough 😂
I applaud you for even attempting this one. The vocals are very difficult as they are for most Bellamy songs
This is so good! Nicely done
Whaaaaaa 🤯and somehow better the third time! Holy crap!
So great to see a truly live video on RUclips. Great cover!
❤️❤️❤️
Pure ❤️🔥
Nice job man. Bellamy’s voice is not easy.

Wasn't really expecting to hear a Muse cover here but it's quite a pleasant surprise. Very nicely done!!
Haha i try not to pigeonhole myself too much, so I'm glad I can surprise people still 😅 glad you enjoyed it!

Yeah this is just as awesome the second time.
