Carson looks highly uncomfortable and I think if Harvey noticed that he didn't seem to care much. It's just an ironic statement because Harvey is the one who is acting ignorant this entire episode and he's lucky that RuPaul and his crew helped him navigate the situation

In actual reality Steve Harvey was being next level ignorant throughout this whole episode with his sarcastic comments and facial expressions. It was uncomfortable to watch this episode due to the fragile musculinity portrayed by Steve.
