- 2025 will be an EPIC year for new roller coasters and rides at the Six Flags theme parks... So here are my predictions for each park for the 2025 season. With so much hype on 2025 from major coaster projects - like the one at Six Flags Magic Mountain, I wanted to share with you my predictions for every Six Flags park! From new rides, water slides, roller coasters and special events, 2025 looks to be a very promising season for the company when it comes to record breaking attractions!

If I was in charge of Six Flags Over Georgia, here’s what I would do for the 2025 season:
- Adding two new flat rides to fill in the empty space that’s in their Bugs Bunny Boomtown area
- Give their Monster Mansion ride a good-old refurbishment
- Invest in some new entertainment for the park
- Focus on some park improvements (i.e. improving the food quality, replacing the blacktop with pavers, etc.)
SFOG could use a B&M Dive or a RMC Raptor as their next coaster after Georgia Surfer tbh

I wonder if Magic Mountain and B&M would be crazy enough to build a GIGA dive coaster, or, are the tweets from Magic Mountain teasing us about a 300+ DIVE Coaster. Maybe 1% chance, but, would be awesome.
Thats what I've been thinking as well. That'd be pretty nuts. I'd prefer a traditional giga but the dive would look insane at that height
From a business standpoint I think it would be a great idea as they have neither type at that park and would kill 2 birds with one stone!!
I see SFOG adding 2 or 3 new flat rides for 2025 which could be either a Zamperla NebulaZ or an Air Race and another flat ride to fill in the empty space that’s present in Bugs Bunny Boomtown. The park has a fantastic collection of flat rides

St. Louis can’t even staff hurricane harbor as it is another water slide will just mean more attractions in the water park being closed they just need to call RMC for The Boss
Awesome video! Love all your predictions as usual! I think you're underestimating Great Adventure though. They were supposed to get a coaster for 2025 & Flash was an extra last minute investment. I think they will get the best coaster they opened in 20 years in 2025. Also I think Great America might have to wait for 2026 for their 50th anniversary & they might get something larger.
For SFOT we seriously can’t afford another ride removal rn we’ve lost HQ, 2 kid attractions, and possibly el Diablo, they need to fill in a new coaster in HQ’s spot
I think most people here in the DC area would be totally shocked for anything substantial to be invested into SF America. I can't speak for everyone obviously, but I think most people are betting it'll be tossed out with the trash once the merger goes through. The park is beyond help and the land is too valuable.

We live 20 minutes from the park, but go to Hershey, Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens or Great Adventure instead. Literally anywhere else…!
@@Themeparkgirlz hate to say it, but sadly I have to agree. I live about 30 mins from this park and I go to all of the other parks instead as well. The only way I can see them salvaging this park is IF they realize what excellent real estate they have, get their head out of their butts and do something spectacular to compete with the parks in the surrounding area. Such a shame to see so much potential go to waste
SFA is a great park in my opinion. If the land was so valuable, they would have sold years ago. Most of that land is environmentally protected. Can't build on the majority of it.
I am a born and raised PG County girl and grew up with it as Wild World and it was awesome! It's been so sad to see what it's become! The last time we went was a couple of years ago. The park shut down early because of massive fights in the park that spilled into the parking lot. Something like 40 or 50 cars were damaged! I have two kids and they're still terrified to go back. The Goliath-Flashback plot at Six Flags New England would be a good fit for a Vekoma Super Boomerang, if the one at Great Adventure works out. (I don't see SFGA as close enough to SFNE for duplication to be a big problem.) A B&M dive or even an RMC Raptor would also work, and be not inconsistent with recent Six Flags behavior. But I do think everyone's hankering for SFNE to get some kind of launch coaster. They'd probably put in a Premier Sky Rocket II were there not already one just down the road at Lake Compounce--then again, this didn't stop them from putting in Boomerangs.
Honestly SFA needs to be closed or turned into a super waterpark and Six Flags focus should be on making SFGADV a destination park for the mid-Atlantic region.
I agree with magic mountain getting a dive coaster. I know a lot of people are saying giga, but I don't think so.
Isn't Great Adventure still rumored to get another coaster for 2025, and Flash was just a last minute filler addition?

I wouldn't mind an s&s drop tower complex at great adventure, if they did take down the parachute tower, they could easily add the towers

I could see Great Escape potentially get a new flat ride. Maybe an endeavor, Nubelez, or new swings.
I'll be happy with a b&m dive giga 😅. Or a vekoma 180ft multi launch. Or an extreme spinner, or a giga coaster!
I’ve heard conflicting information that six flags New England cannot add a launch due on to power issues with the town. I’m no insider and don’t know that to be true but maybe true?

In my opinion one park to keep your eye on is St.Louis!! As a local to the park they are really doing some much needed TLC and are spending the big bucks on improving park appearance!! As far as 2025 is concerned in my opinion they almost have to add something to the dry park as there is too much empty plots of land from old rides being removed!! I think the park is gonna add two new flats next year!! A drop tower and some family flat and then 2026 I think we will get our next coaster!! This park seems like there starting to build it up for its next major coaster!

@@JustinCoasters that could be an option to re-renovate the ride like what they did at six flags over Georgia however as a coaster enthusiast myself as well as a avid park visitor to my home park I feel that a new innovative coaster could really help repurpose that area of the park especially if they decently theme it as well don’t get me wrong a re renovation of ninja would be great but I think personally it’s time to lay it to rest especially since parts are harder to come by to keep it running as well but great idea tho! 🙌
You’re right a dive coaster would be great for Six Flags Magic Mountain but I have an idea beyond anything B and M has ever done how about a giga dive coaster
Man I think it would be nice for fiesta tx to get a stand up coaster like pipeline or even a backwards coaster to tribute jokers revenge and man magic mountain would look nice with a dive but I am keeping fingers crossed for a 300 ft giga
I found a comment a few months ago stating that some person at SFOG stated that the park was somehow gonna be planning on adding a Gerstlauer launch coaster for 2026 either before or after the Coaster Fest took place at the time. I’m not sure if it’s true but I’m very intrigued by happening

Person if magic mountain gets a dive and uses the Oblivion style drop, into the earth 100 feet. It would be a great idea for Doctor Diabolical theme, Face the Abyss
Magic mountain opening a dive coaster seems kinda meh. A mack extreme spinner would be a bigger eye catcher for the GP and be only the 2nd in the country
Hers's some Carowinds news: "Intimidator" is being renamed. I work for a company doing construction in the park, and the park employees have said it's being renamed as "Thunder Strike." When I went to the ride entrance, the name, likeness, signature, car, and all theming have been removed.
Wouldn't be surprised if sfga would rebrand kingda ka like dragster eventually I hope cedar fair management fixes sfmm investment first not being cheap with them

I see what you’re trying to say with the dive coaster for MM, but that makes no sense to me when emperor and hang time are just down the interstate and lots of socal folks go to all those parks.
I think every Six Flags park she get its own unique ride instead of having one of the same ones
Magic Mountain doesn't really need a dive or tilt coaster because Superman and X2 already have those key elements. With that said, the park really didn't need a second racing coaster with West Coast Racers. I am still hoping for a giga!
Since Six Flags and Cedar Fair are merging together later this year, when do you plan to include the Cedar Fair parks in your Six Flags prediction videos?
Six Flags New England should add a B&M Dive Coaster or because the park is in the Berkshires and since Six Flags is licenced by DC Comics, they should add a Mr. Freeze themed B&M Ski Coaster if they work with B&M. a Ski Coaster would be an Inverted Stand-Up Coaster with restraints thanks to the new technology. However, it would also run on 2 railings below you.
Six Flags America should get an S&S Multi Tower ride or a Mr. Freeze themed B&M Ski Coaster as well for the DC or Gotham area of the park.
I do like the LSM Launch Coaster concept. That would be a perfect addition for the. So the B&M Ski Coaster will be a future project if Six Flags Works with B&M.
I’d love for magic mountain to call Vekoma to bring back the original dive coaster they would have gotten from giovanola long ago. Take some layout inspo from qiddiyas iron rattler and the fast furious!

A dive coaster would be a poor choice for SFMM as the same trick exists elsewhere in SoCal. If they really want to make an impact, they need either a coaster bigger than Goliath (i.e. Giga of some sort) or something that nobody in the region has ever seen before (i.e. tilt or axis).
Again, I think A dive or single rail coaster is a bit much for Great America
For Darien Lake, as long as Silver Bullet (Fahtze Enterprise) is still operating, there won't be an Endeavor, I'd rather see either a replacement Giant Wheel or an Zamperla Giant or Giga Discovery along with a completely Titan Tracked Predator.

I would love for a new Vekoma instead of a B&M dive coaster or even a Vekoma tilt coaster for SFMM. However, I can't complain at all if it will be a B&M dive machine, we're pretty spoiled here in SoCal.

I don’t see how magic mountain building a dive coaster could rival an Intamin multi launch coming to universal. You’re talking about something extremely mediocre comparing to something world class. I really don’t see a dive coaster bringing in much more attendance

I hate that SFOGA is my home park. I mean do they not listen to us. It took them how long to replace Splash Water Falls and all they could come up with was this Intamin Mega Splash. We have Thunder River, Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags White Water.... We didn't need this ride nor ask for it. SFOGA here's a question for you. When are you all going to paint Goliath? This is one of the first things you see when you come into the park and it looks dated, faded and is a major eye sore. How about Dare Devil Dive, Faded as well and yet another eye sore. Can you all finally give us a real ROLLER COASTER (i.e. A launch or Giga sounds great). Do you all realize the last major coaster to open at this park was Goliath in 2006 ( You cant count Twisted Cyclone nor the Kid Flash ) . Can we get some solid entertainment? Can we get some Better food options or even some much needed park improvements. I swear for our park to be one of the first to open, we are constantly overlooked and under valued.
The park was missing both launch and spinning coasters was needed to fill in the gaps. Also note that the park gets a lot of value and receive solid investments even if there was a 5-7 year gap, which includes Goliath, DDD Twisted Cyclone and Georgia Surfer. A B&M Dive or a RMC Raptor would be great options for them to get if thwy want to think out of the box

We need a Dive coaster (that would do wonders as there is no dive coaster in the south east), a launch coaster (Viper was our last launch coaster), they could clone Maxx force that would fit perfectly or let us be the first SF park to get a Mac Spinner
@@mistere182 They do have upcoming competition with Fun Spot with AireForce One so I think SF would want to invest more to their Georgia park. A B&M Dive with a beyond vertical drop would work extremely well as their next coaster and be easy market it to attention

Magic mountain dosnt need a dive coaster at all. They should take this chance to be the first park in the west/california to have a giga coaster or tear down Goliath and make a better hyper or giga

Cedar Point should change one or both of the launch sides on Power Tower to the spin shot!
Honestly, any park with two of the space shot towers should add this to at least one of them. Even if it becomes common place, the S&S drop towers aren't usually the crowd pleasers that other drop towers are and having a choice would make things more interesting and add reridability without any significant investment.
As for Cedar Point specifically, I think they really should beef up their flat ride collection. Their coaster collection is top tier and their flat ride collection is decent. But it would be nice to see a bit more focus on rare and extreme flat rides. That would round the park out well. And it really needs to bring back water rides.
I like the effort, but I don’t agree with MM’s next coaster is going to be a dive. With knotts and sea world SD already having one each. I’m saying T-Rex all the way BABY

It's completely not true that it is known SFMM will get a coaster in 2025. It's thoosie rumors b/c the lodge left. That spot is terrible difficult terrain to build on and not really that big or desirable for a coaster. Not to mention that park needs a dozen other things more to round it out. The park can't even staff to open all the rides/coasters they have now everyday. So, thoosie logic is they should get another coaster that they can't staff properly.
I almost never jump on the giga bandwagon either but I actually think this time it might be for a number of different reasons:
1. Six flags announced late last year they intended to spend upwards of $600 million through 2025 which is the biggest investment they’ve made in over a decade. And since they aren’t adding an addition at every park anymore, that makes each portion more sizable.
2. I can’t remember the last time MM started clearing land this early (Probably back to Tatsu and even that started in the summer)
3. Rmc and even Magic Mountain themselves have been teasing about a giga which I don’t recall them ever doing before. Giga speculation always seemed to stem from fans before.
4. Timing to compete with Universal’s new coaster
5. To keep ahead of Energylandia for most coasters in 1 park
6. And possibly to draw in from the crowd of the 2026 FIFA world cup and the 2028 summer olympics
7. Lastly this might have nothing to do with it but the merger with cedar fair makes it much more plausible
Like I said I almost never went for the giga hype before and I could still be wrong but I’m gonna go out on a limb with this one and predict that MM will be getting one in 2025. We’ll just have to wait and see tho.
(And I totally agree with you that MM DESPERATELY needs major renovations and park improvements haha😂👌🏽)

1)Any plans they claimed are all in the air with the merger, if it's not done by 2025.
2)Don't believe a word Selim says, he claimed they were going to spend more in 2022, they actually spent less at 112M total Capex. Thru Q3 2023 Capex is at just 109M, full year report is out this week, SF results are going to be poor compared to their peers of Cedar Fair and SEAS(United Parks). That's been the case for years.
3)Teasers don't mean anything, SFMM trolls the fools for years knowing they don't have the money to spend given the Capex strategy.
4)SFMM doesn't actually compete with Universal, different kind of park, general main clientele. Universal is competing with Disney, SFMM is not int he picture.
5)The only one that cares about most coasters are thooosies, they are low single digits of the attendance at parks
6)The thoosie logic any park is making major Capex decisions on a one time event, hosting 3 games is silly. It shows a complete lack of understanding of business and finance
7)Actually once Cedar Fair management takes over it's more likely SF parks actual get cleaned up....better aesthetics, themed areas, better food, better events, etc...ie...the highly successful Seasons of Fun model.

Good Video. But I think Six Flags Mexico will receive a new roller coaster in 2025 because it's de 25th aniversary of the park and the park don´t recieve any ride since 2020

I don't think SFMM will get a new coaster in 2025 (and I think it would be a better business decision if they didn't). I feel that they should (and will), channel their efforts into the many park improvements that are needed (based on the comments that I read from people more closely in tune with the park). Why try to compete with USH? Their coaster will be a huge draw and I think it would be much better for SFMM to counteract and bounce off of that by waiting to install something really spectacular for 2026.
