Before this uniform, Spider-Man was my Immortality character killer. At T3 70, his 4 on the back to basics uniform usually 1-shotted T4 Sentry/Phoenix/Surfer. The hard part was being able to pull it off again when they revived, but his 4 was usually back up by then anyway. He's pretty much the reason my timeline battle team would win matches since my Phoenix and Sentry tend to lose mirror matches and I just got Wolverine T4'ed after his newest Uni.
Problems with the testing 1. Doesn't set up a T4 striker for spider man,that means there is no T4 skill to take advantage of 2. Wasp dies very quickly and spidey doesn't have time to get access to his skills,so the ctp defense activates and when he starts doing smth he doesn't have any defence

Okay, it's a Spider-Man showcase, but something that's worth validating is that NORMALLY no one puts two supports for a lead, in a way, Spider-Man proved to be extremely strong. It's worth mentioning Agent-Venom, lv. 70 surviving many T4, and that to me is just as impressive! I see a lot of value in T4 AV as well, especially for coverage with Spider-Man (and potentially Carnage or Knull, who should come as leaders for Symbiotes)
Pretty clear the balancing here is the symbiote buffs which is perfectly fine imo. Cool to see some balancing with synergy in a reasonable way without overkilling it like Strike Force
These uniforms are nasty work... venom has spidey face.... spidey is all veiny like a dic and agent venom has a crazy pointy nose with an angry bird face 🤣🤣🤣

Spiderman and Dr strange are two of my top comic book characters ever......when I came back to the game 3-4 months back I t4 these 2 characters first .
I think this is really good and they are moving the right way with spiderman kind of rock paper sissors and i think in the future this will allow for more variety in pvp than just the giga pvp teams like I love spider man I want to build a spiderman pvp team someone else like wolverine and deadpool builds there team and so on
I just T4'd Apocalypse. Ran me about 7k Carbo, don't love the cost, but better than some of my other NT2 Characters., Spider-Man I've had at T4 for a long time now, and I'm just waiting for the Crystal Spending event that happens with Black Friday before I get the new uniform.
I mean I'm glad Alex is happy with the character and that he made it work. But advocating for spider-man with below to average performance in PVP and terrible performance in PVE is a bad take. Not only do you need to invest in spider-man but you also need to invest in agent venom. Alex is running double support in all these matches and still losing a majority of them. You can make almost any character look good when you cherry pick the opponents you face as well. There is no difference between this uniform and the old one other than the fact he gets access to the symbiote buffs which still has proven to not be enough. No idea why Alex is hyping up this update when almost every uniform is a letdown and not enough was done for these characters to make them more viable.

They should just say screw it and only make 5 characters for pvp. Sentry, SS, Warlock, Wolverine, and Thanos. If you don't have some form of that group, you can't do anything in pvp. It's so frustrating when you try to build your roster but it is pointless because of those 5, really it's just the 3.
I dont have spidey at t4, so I put a regular conquest on him... I was supposed to use the discount on iron man, and can t4 him now but didnt when i had the chance because i saved up to t4 Strange. My next t4 should actually be a combat per my pattern, so i might do Agent Venom without the new uni (i have the artifact) and just keep spidey at t3 for the moment. Not sure... I never grabbed his last uniform so the new one is a major upgrade from the last movie ones. I'll just build him to do conquest with the symbiote supports, I suppose... If he is good in this video, I'll just make him my next t4 after Agent Venom

I play tlb manually and spidey without supp like my team is t3 ss t4 sentry and t4 spidey/wolv the problem is my cards is not good and my build also but still win lots of matches against Good teams so thai is not a bad uni
@@ANS_2009 brother, i use him as a support everyday. T2 passive increases damage dealt to villians and heroes for spider sense type. And his arti has spider sense support too ig. i would never have t2 him if he didn't have that support. hes useless except for that. You dont need the chasm uni but the uni makes the support a bit better (only a little tho)
People should realy control their expectations and set reasonable expectations, are you people thought that he will replace the Top 5 or something?! he was never going to replace them sense all of them are Native T2 & Native T3 (sentry) that most of them have a revive and immortalty, For a Native T1 charactet like spidy to be able to kill sentry like that more then once is a great deal, he is for sure Top 10 now and his value will increase more and more with time, player should remember that TLB is not the only pvp mode in the game and the TLB meta will always be for Natives form now on. Spidy is great T4 for sure.
I believe the problem here is that the players who will most likely build Spidey the most don't have the cards or builds to make it even come close to doing that. Spidey is a lot similar to Thanos, he needs a near max build to do something in PvP. For your average player, he will die immediately upon entering the battle. My Spidey with a n authority and a decent build gets popped immediately in owb.

I love Spidey and i think devs test him in pvp because they want to be good there but they didn't test him in pve

At this point NM just hates popular characters. They wasted Apoc, Doom, and now my boi Spidey. Spidey was done well only when No Way Home came out being top rated for pvp and pve. They really just wasted a cool character including the symbiote uni (one of the most beloved looks for Spidey)

How to put things without sounding like whining? I don't like the new looks. That is to say the art is actually great though. I am a 3d modeler and most of us really admire the Future Fight people and this model is gorgeous. Actually Sleeper is even more so. But to me this is like slender Venom and Venom is like body builder Spider-Man. I play this game because I like the characters which means the looks are important. Same way there is playing worth. What I always do is a compare the previous uniform. Because if you own it and it isn't a significant update then you are more or less paying for it twice. I did that at about 1 AM when the update dropped. Venom's new Warstar uniform has a lot of new buffs compared to his King In Black Uniform. This one does not have a lot of buffs compared to Peter's better looking Back To Basics uniform. The biggest adjustment is they let go of Agility, which was useless and otherwise a penalty in things like Zombie mode (I think?) and traded it for something useful. But that's it. It's mostly not a big jump or anything you can't just add to the character on your own. So does he suck? The problem is Spider-Man was already really good as of Back To Basics. He is a character people still slot in various modes and even with older uniforms. So Spider-man doesn't. It's that this uniform doesn't add enough to make it worth dropping Crystals if you already have something else. Personally when I play as him I want him to look like Spider-Man so I am not investing this. Else the issue is he is superseded by other Speed type and even Spider-Sense characters, namely Miles so he doesn't get slotted much by me. But the debate is whether to spend on this thing instead of some other thing. Come Black Friday it's just that their are better uniforms I want than this and my Spider-Man is already pulling his weight with the one he has. Now I could be wrong and they could introduce a lot of stuff that weighs on the Symbiote tag but if you're used to them what happens is they tend to lose interest in new ideas in about a years time and then leave them unattended.
The difference between ture 4 spiderman and being no 1 pvp character is base pierce or base chain damage increase. If the give his uniform 5 percent pierce damage or 20% chain damage increase, He'll oneshot every character, And also become pve meta too.
If Spider-Man cost you more than Thanos in T4 resources, you didn't get stuffed on Spidey. You got *stupidly* lucky with Thanos.

Chasm is a support for allies with spider sense you should equip it for buffs

I did that at about 1 AM when the update dropped. Venom's new Warstar uniform has a lot of new buffs compared to his King In Black Uniform.
This one does not have a lot of buffs compared to Peter's better looking Back To Basics uniform. The biggest adjustment is they let go of Agility, which was useless and otherwise a penalty in things like Zombie mode (I think?) and traded it for something useful. But that's it. It's mostly not a big jump or anything you can't just add to the character on your own.
So does he suck? The problem is Spider-Man was already really good as of Back To Basics. He is a character people still slot in various modes and even with older uniforms. So Spider-man doesn't. It's that this uniform doesn't add enough to make it worth dropping Crystals if you already have something else.
Personally when I play as him I want him to look like Spider-Man so I am not investing this. Else the issue is he is superseded by other Speed type and even Spider-Sense characters, namely Miles so he doesn't get slotted much by me. But the debate is whether to spend on this thing instead of some other thing. Come Black Friday it's just that their are better uniforms I want than this and my Spider-Man is already pulling his weight with the one he has.
Now I could be wrong and they could introduce a lot of stuff that weighs on the Symbiote tag but if you're used to them what happens is they tend to lose interest in new ideas in about a years time and then leave them unattended.

The difference between ture 4 spiderman and being no 1 pvp character is base pierce or base chain damage increase. If the give his uniform 5 percent pierce damage or 20% chain damage increase, He'll oneshot every character, And also become pve meta too.
Who is better? Wolverine of venom? I have some plan to buy one of them but idk which one
