Totally agree, he is good for all PVE content. Putting him in support category is a big disinform for new players. He hitts harder than Miles, Sharon and Thor. He can do many ABX/ABL days not meta, but not bad. And only in addition to this he has leadership and support buff.

You are just ranking the characters when this was supposed to be about “must buy” uniforms. You didn’t even talk about the uniforms and why they are a must buy. Some may not be significant improvements over previous uni’s, especially for the support characters. Some have multiple uniforms, like Deadpool, and yet you don’t discuss them. You put Wolverine into PvP gods when he is also great for PvE. Plus, you have a video that “Apocalypse Sucks” yet he is in this “must buy” list. Just ranking the characters like this is useless for determining which uni’s to buy. We could just look at the regular tier list and get the same info. This should have been uniform focused and it wasn’t.

Not a lot of thought went into this video. The new Wolverine uni is a big improvement if you want to use him in PvE, but his previous one is fine, possibly better, for PvP. The same situation with Hulk. Though, he isn't meta for PvP, and is amazing in PvE with the latest uniform. For Hulk, I would get his latest uni and use him for PvE. He is so good.
Surfer was immediate for me. I'm finally levelling him up which was good timing because I also applied to T3 discount to him. Zombie Strange was next. I did buy the last one but it's lackluster for one and I love the character and for two to have a heavy hitting Blast Villain. Going to wait and think about it. T3 was between Spider-Man and Hulk. Previous uniforms on both. Spider-Man is one of my favorite comic characters but I almost never slot him since Miles is more useful. Hulk I do slot here and there so it was him. I pretty much have the characters I want Transcended done so I sort of threw a dart and picked Human Torch. He's another one I don't slot though shy of a Shadowland get. I might get his uniform and make him Ghost Rider's new teammate though.

Man Robbie supports more than just Ghost Rider. Beta Ray Bill IS NOT just a support character. Uhh...Carnage already has a T4 (maybe you just misspoke). You might want to consider the more prominent Team-Up Collections when making these lists (Symbiotes, Midnight Suns and Avengers).

It's a toss up... His new uni makes him a symbiote and available to symbiote supports. If u don't have back to b basics Spidey, this uni is an upgrade from whatever u had prior... Agent venom gives him a big bang for the buck, but the symbiote tag also makes him usable with Sleeper, who's proving to be a better support and DPS than AV. He can also use Knull's leadership, Gwenom's (tho outdated a bit) passive, and whatever other passives may be coming for the tag. So trust there's a lot of ppl speaking way way too soon on Spidey when the update isn't over yet. He also maintains the spider sense tag, so he can still use spider woman, scarlet spider, etc passives and artifact buffs to add to whatever symbiote support he's getting. Choose wisely, but don't let the naysayers distract u... Most have not tested Spidey at a level that warrants their advice not be taken with a grain of salt. Same applies to Agent Venom, who isn't looking too great at the moment

Wanda is an expensive character, brother. Even native T1 can beat Knull. So the problem is mainly your card set. Maybe you can search Alex's video about comid card guide.

Female and blast are dope, but unless they plan on giving her a zombie uniform in the future; strange is a clear better choice. He has way more supports available to him as well... Wong, Weapon Hex, Abomination, Falcon... Those are just the zombie tags. Then he's got the magic tag and all its available supports and team ups.
