I love how the piano starts. It's so dark and foreboding and then it slowly gets more hopeful as the rest of the song kicks in. It reflects Vincent's struggle as the game goes on. Starts off feeling hopeless but becomes more charged with energy and hope as it goes on... that underlying tone of darkness persists throughout the whole thing though. Shoji Meguro, you're a genius.

Finished playing this game today through the classic version on steam. Genuinely a once in a life time kinda game, don't think there will be another game quite like this one. Going to hold out and see if Full Body makes it on steam and maybe give the game another playthrough sometime in the future :)

Beautiful piano playing on this soundtrack. Unparalleled as far as video game soundtracks go. The soundtrack that could perhaps come close in that department is Halo.
