The TRUTH Behind The Terror Squad Air Force 1 Blackout

In 2003, a citywide blackout across New York shut down what could've been the greatest game to have ever been played at the fabled Rucker Park. Fast forward to 20 years, Nike released a sneaker that alludes to that now infamous moment in pop culture between Jay-Z and Fat Joe, Roc-a-Fella and Terror Squad, with the Terror Squad Air Force 1 "Blackout."
An exact replica of the original Terror Squad Air Force 1s that Nike originally made for Fat Joe in the early 2000s, this 1 or 1 is now a general public release and bringing uptown to the world. But this isn't without some critcism that we dive into in this video.

I feel like how I’m going to approach them is for fall/winter, Blackouts will be the wave and then spring/summer I’ll bring out the Loyalty. That touch of baby blue is really nice but feels like it would work better during those seasons! The Stone Island collab looks really nice. - Frankie

It was Nike employees who were making these air forces for fat joe without Nike knowing and one eventually got fired
