13-year old Nitin becomes a Washington Wizard for the day, thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
While courageously battling a brain tumor, Nitin Ramachandran’s one wish was to join his hero John Wall and the rest of the Washington Wizards on the basketball court. Thanks to Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, and Wizards owner Ted Leonsis, his wish became a reality.

Ginny Bandiera people who get cancer always get cancer back. Especially when you get a brain tumor or a heart tumor or a lung tumor. So yea 2 years and then it’ll spread😂😂. Cause they can’t get all the cancer to stop spreading. It’s always there. They can just pile on meds for him to take.

Shout out to Gortat. Dudes the definition of a gentle giant. When my sister was 5 years cancer free I got a bunch of athletes and celebrities to wish her well on Twitter, and one of the replies that really stood out to me was Gortat’s. Such a small thing has left a lasting impact on our entire family. So it doesn’t surprise me at all to see Marcin front and center for this child’s wish. Thank you to Make a wish and the wizards for granting Nitin along with my sister wish to go to Disney World to “meet all the princesses.” Such an amazing foundation.
