Great job, the text looks fantastic!!
I just followed your tutorial and had about 95% success. It looks really cool! My only two questions are how did you rotate your text circles on the Z axis before you added animations? And how were you able to smoothen your text after you added the bevels? But overall, a quick short, awesome tutorial!
For the first question Rotating both curve and text together will do the trick and for the second While selecting ur text go to object data properties ->Normals-> Enable autosmooth

Select the text and go to materials tab on the right side below the outliner panel!
How did you add the text?
Press Shift+A then you will see a list appear there will be text in that list.

Im having a problem in rotation, whenever I rotate it, it starts deform what's the problem I have tried 1000 times, I think you left some steps to show in this short tutorial I hope you'll reply me
Try setting both text and curve origin to 3D cursor and make sure 3d Cursor is on any part of the curve
How did you rotate the text?
Select text press R and then select any key X,Y or Z to rotate on that particular axis.
