If roof is already cemented but leakage problem and one said first he will do tarcoal layering then put some adhesives role then fill the joint again with tarcoal is it durable
I don't think so. The charcoal will absorb sunlight all day and make your life hell. Better go for brick bat. It's cheap and reliable, and on top apply white cool roof paint. Your house will stay cool and temp in the top floor will drop by 10°C and you won't need an AC.
