2 Dry Yellow Lemons
1/4 Tbsp Turmeric
1/4 Tbsp Ground Cardamom
1 Liter Beef Stock
1 TbspPparika
Lamb
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Basmati Rice
2. Kofta(2)
3 Lbs Ground Lambs
1 Tbsp Garlic
1/4 Cup - Parsley
1/2 Tbsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Black Pepper

My Fiance's mom just passed and she was from Lebanon and loved to cook I got the chance to be with her and learn to cook some of this food around when i proposed. Every time i would ask a question or screw something up shes light up the room with a smile and laugh and show me the right way. My girl and her sister are spending their first Ramadan without her now, I am saving this video and want to surprise them and make it as close to their memories as i can...... probably leaving out those cucumbers though lol. I just wanted to mention that you Tabouleh has very little amount of tomato, we actually put 4 times the amount you put and we dice em very much smaller, thank you for putting a smile on our face in the beautiful month of Ramadan🥰

For example, when you said Habibi and in the Jamaican one the way you said Bombaclart. the timing when you say it is just so funny.
