"Middleman" hotel booking sites are a WASTE of time and money and you ALWAYS get the worst rooms. Clark is DEAD WRONG about this one. Marriott takes great care of me 100% of the time as a Rewards member.

Marriott takes great care of me 100% of the time as a Bonvoy Rewards member. And I see folks all the time at front desks complaining about their "3rd party" bookings.
Right. When u book through 3rd parties, the front desk tries to put u I the worst hotel rooms, u less u complain to hotel manager.😮
