@@laurenjanus9934 It's so difficult to choose between the two but I am with you on the regency since we love dressing up! 🥰 omg the shoes are perfection!! On the hunt for a similar shoe with a slightly smaller heel 👌
Sarah.I love every look. I am definitely Team Regency Core. I like to be dressed up...always. I'd much rather be overdressed than underdressed (just not a casual gal) I am of a certain age and I feel like cottage core can get matronly. Also 3 things things: 1. The River ISLAND blouse is SO awesome. I know it's too dramatic for most, but for me, it's something I'd wear at 10 am on a random Tuesday lol 2. Love the Selkie dresses. That tie dye one is SO cute. I was actually able to thrift the LSF version this week for 80 dollars!! In perfect condition! 3. One thing I am learning from you is I really need to start accessorizing more if I want to have a immediately recognizable "Erica style" I love statement earrings but I always forget there are other things like hair bows. I am thinking broaches might become my thing. Maybe you could do a video on your accessories collection.! Great job!
Thank you so much for this Erica and your suggestion for a video on accessories is on my list to do!! 💖 I am right there with you on regencycore too I want dressing up to be normal!! lol omg I am so happy you got some amazing thrift finds like the LSF!! I just thrifted a pair of LSF overalls this week too! I need to get back into statement earrings..I think it's something I will enjoy as we get into the fall season but the broaches...YES...I have been looking for some!! Let me know where you shop for those broaches because I have been looking for a little bit on poshmark 🥰
Your ideas for videos are so interesting, they really help me to think about my clothes differently. Thank you, I'm sure they take a lot of time to produce. And good luck with the job search.
Thank you Jo-Anne, and so glad I can give you some ideas for your clothing 🥰 I do have a few possibilities with jobs coming up next week so wish me luck with the interviews! ✨
I am getting Idas this morning on wearing pastels in the fall because I dont want those colors to go away.. but I want fall too come with the rich browns and earthy tones...AND of course the crisp sweatshirt weather 😆
Thanks so much Lyndsy! Yessss the dressy jean outfits are some of my fave since its wearable but still preppy 💞 The brunch outfit I enjoyed coming up with and I hadn't worn that outfit combo until I thought of it for this regency style guide!
Thanks for a great video. I've always loved period dramas and wanted to wear their clothes in public but in a modern sense. I love the outfits you put together and will definitely draw inspiration for my own wardrobe : )
Yes to regencycore! The ruffled skirt you pointed is one of my faves since it's so unique and full of ruffles 🥰 I hope you can get some regency core outfit ideas from this!
Thank you and so glad you enjoyed these! 💞 Hope you can find something to dress up too (even if it's just at home...that's def where I wear most of my outfits lol)
You can wear them anywhere! I wear it to CVS and to the mall. You don't have to have an occasion! It's fun and it's self expression. So what if other people are wearing t-shirts and crocs? Lol
Hi Sarah. This was fun! My faves were #3 Little black bows, those jeans are so unique and as you know I am in love wiht that sweater. Also loved #5 Belle in Blue, such an ethereal summer look. I am loving that square neckline right now. #6 Elegant brunch rounded out my faves. I am all about rose gold! Thanks again for sharing your unique style with us.
Thank you Karen and I was so happy that you enjoyed these outfits! I love the ones the you mentioned and especially that rose gold and blue for a summer look 💞 Hope you are able to get some ideas from these for yourself! 🥰
I remember when you got the black bow cardigan! That's a feminine piece I would love to add to my wardrobe. And the jeans are so fresh with it. You did an amazing job with this video!
Thank you!! That bow cardigan I 100% can see you wearing since it's classy with a touch of femininity 💞 And it's subtle but still there, while going with everything 👌
I’m learning a lot about clothing styles from your videos. (Whoever came up with this Regencycore concept created it with you in mind!) The clothes in this style are from fairy tales. It would be so much fun to dress like a princess whenever the mood strikes.
Dressing like a princess when you feel like it..love it! 🙌 You made me smile reading this comment knowing that my quirky fun outfits give you some ideas for your own closet 💖 Regency core style has gotten my creativity flowing again!
As beautiful as ever. You look like very elegant outfit 5 is my favorite I want to give you an umbrella for the shade haha. 6 is pretty looks like a date night outfit..
omg an umbrella is all I needed to finish off that look! 😍 I have been looking around for a lace vintage umbrella I could use as a prop (and use in real life as well lol ) but I haven't had any luck yet. The outfits you mentioned were a few of my fave 💞
Yassssss 💞 Those pointed toes are where it is at! I almost got that pink pair but for now the nude pointed toe will get me through all my outfit combos 👠

Thank you Carolyn and I am really enjoying this regency trend 💖 It has given me so many fresh ideas for outfit combos! I feel like throughout the middle of the summer it's harder to come up with outfit ideas since it's so hot but I have felt the inspiration coming back ✨
@@SarahKathleenRomantic Tastes do change....but I can tell you that I will be 47 next week and I have ALWAYS had some form of this romantic style. I am lucky that I look very young for my age still..and I continue to wear For Love and Lemons short dresses and I can get away with it without looking inappropriate. What I stay away from is anything that is too "little girl" And as I age I can see me turning to mostly maxi and midi dresses that have maybe only 1 romantic detail like a bow or a small ruffle. I think you can still be feminine and girly even at 80 if you are.subtle about it
Beautifully said Erica!! You know what you want form your style and that is how I hope to be as I grow and learn 😍 Soft romantic always has a place in my closet 💞
