- Bomberman (ボンバーマン Bonbāman) is a 1990 action maze video game developed by Hudson Soft for the TurboGrafx-16. Belonging to the Bomberman franchise, it is a greatly expanded re-imagining of the first game in the series. In Europe, the game was released for the MS-DOS, Amiga and Atari ST, retitled as Dyna Blaster due to the European mainstream media associating the original title with terrorist bombings. A Commodore 64 version was advertised as well but never released

The black spaceman kidnapped Bomberman's beloved and brought her to his chambers in the castle, far beyond his reach, over the rivers, forest and mountains. Bomberman's job is to save her, battling the sea of the enemies, with only bombs at his disposal. The range of Bomberman's bomb explosions can be upgraded with time, but if he dies, the range resets back to the minimum range and Bomberman loses his previous skills. Some updates can make Bomberman walk through the walls, increase his speed, and give him some other assets to aid him in his quest to save the woman he loves. This top-down action-arcade game consists of nine levels per stage, each tougher than the other, and each final one consisting of the boss that will have to be dealt with. Bomberman can move horizontally and vertically and lay down bombs behind him, thus evaporating the enemies, but beware: Bomberman can block himself with his own bomb, and thus become a victim of his own bomb.

11:54 - I always thought the tiger looked more like a bear. (Oh my...)
Я думал что это медведь.
а я думал что это поросенок хахахахахахха
lol i always called it the pig XD
As a man who grew up with the Turbografx-16 version, I am SO sorry to everyone who went the whole way through with this cursed music.
For those wondering why this version is called "Dyna Blaster" and not "Bomberman", in Europe (where this port released), Bomberman was a term used to describe terrorists, so they had to change Bomberman to "Dyna Blaster".
This change only lasted a little while however, as years later, Bomberman was finally released with it's original titles intact.
Ah, I remember when I was 8, I played this game on Windows 98 PC.
Omg what a nostalgia
А я вхожу в Bomberman и не узнаю. А тут... машина времени - аж слёзы выступили. Я после армии в 93 году играл, попутно ещё в Принца Персии
Game of my childhood wish I could play it once more

such a cool game. And the music is so good!
It looks just like the Tg16 version, that's surprising.
Yeah with low framerate but it's still surprising.
Помню в Добринских в Берестье играл мой брат а мы все смотрели. Он прошёл игру. А мы восхищались им. А ты как хотел? Все по-чесноку
1:02:12 - Just realised there could have been a bonus square at the other end of the board (usually pops up if the exit door is the last to be blasted).
What exactly the bonus square do? Except giving u lots of points?
@@TheLambdaTeam Not sure, just the extra points I think.
@@TheLambdaTeam it makes your score equal to Hi (High) score.
How many cycles are you playing it on, if you're playing on DOSbox?
My favorite game.

I played this on Windows 98 and XP
uno dei pochi giochi che sono riuscito a completare tutto 😅 ci giocavo senza audio con schermo in bianco e nero🙂
So every enemies were killed and the villain gives the girl back and starts crying.
I have to download this again and ragequit on it (again) :))
I am trying to find the exact game that i used to play with no sucess. Its a game close like this im not sure the game i was very young. Just remember the soundtrack. it had the lyrics like this: "close your eyes...tutututuru dream, dream, dream, dream.. " xD Probably not an original game but had a very great gameplay and the soundtracks energy kind of pushed some emotion to the gameplay. If anyone knows it please refer it to me
Good video, I was seeing that the games on your channel are from MSDOS, I have been looking for two specific games that I don't remember the names but more or less what they were about, maybe you or someone could help me, the first: it was a game It looked like Xenon 2 but instead of the ship I think it was a green dog that was facing aliens (I'm not so sure if it was aliens), the second was a kind of monkey or dwarf who had a red suit that covered his entire body I had to jump platforms that went down and others went up and I had to get to the other side. In addition, between the platforms there were enemies that I think were bats, spiders and other bugs that I no longer remember. If anyone knows or recognizes these two games, I'll ask them. appreciate..
good game
Dynablaster DOS Version
I prefer the old NES version, but after I lost that one I found Dyna Blaster on the PC. Gotta say, the vertically moving screen was a bit claustrophobic for me, I prefer the horizontal one.
I hate looking for the portal so much.
