Me and my wife visited Grimaldi’s last December on our visit to New York City. We also went to Juliana’s just next door which was also amazing. Looking forward to the day when we can return.
I was doing some research on Grimaldi's and found out that Grimaldi's was originally in the space that is now Juliana's but moved when the landlord didn't renew the lease. Mr. Grimaldi came out of retirement in 2012 and opened Juliana's in the original Grimaldi's location, which is still next to the current Brooklyn Grimaldi's location. How fun!
Luis, what you said about the Margherita Pizza is the truest thing you can say about the principle of pizza. The people of Naples love you (even though we’re talking about NY PIZZA), I know....
Just came across my feed and have not been home since COVID but I just subscribed and when I do come home next year will be going on your food tour, grew up in Brooklyn in Williamsburg. I miss my home!
Oh man... pancakes are my favorite! I am definitely checking out this place when I visit New York. I am saving this video, thanks for making it Ms Sarah
The food tours that you offer look AWESOME and has me wishing I was in Brooklyn right now! Thank you for posting these online. The food spot, Clinton Street Baking Company, looks like it would hit the hungry spot for sure. Every selection that you were served looks delicious. Do they offer gluten-free options? Brooklyn Roasting Co. seems like it's my kind of spot. If I lived there, I would most definitely be a regular. How cool that he named the first coffee drink in honor of his daughter. Wishing Jim and his team all the best! Cool to see and hear about the process of how they make their pizza at Grimaldi's. The looks of that Margherita pizza left me salivating. Mark's business concept behind his ice cream shop is pretty cool and like his little setup. An interesting tidbit that he uses absolutely no eggs. A bonus that he is philanthropic. What a view of the Brooklyn Bridge from Grimaldi's rooftop and Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory, PERFECTION ! Wishing all of these businesses continued success!
I suggest you make one of these videos a week. I am in lockdown so I look forward to them. With the number of restaurants in New York, this will take you 454 years, but at least you have the time because you are still very young. They are so interesting and made with the utmost professionalism. I almost feel as if I am there in New York. Keep up the excellent work.
Nice video. I hope you two will be around forever. The top 3 things I want to do in New York: your tour, a meal in Flushing Chinatown, and NY Comic Con.
O my goodness what a Great day 💥 Perfect pancakes 😎 Perfect Pizza ❤ and Super deelicious ice cream ❤ and Perfect coffee 💥😎❤ what a Great video👏👏 Thank You for taking us❤😎💥👏
You’re amazing !!! Been watching your videos for months now and planning day by day when I visit NYC ! Hopefully will get to do a little tour with yourself . ❤
I'm surprised to see these establishments still open during the current pandemic, and such busyness . Here in London it is like Desertville. However I can't wait to get back to BKLYN. My cousin lives in Clinton Hill and after seeing your blogs my next visit will be much more interesting and exciting, especially after seeing those pancakes. Yum Yum Gimme Some. Thanks guys.
Luis was kinda cruel u zoomed on the blueberry on her face but she(sarah) is a messy eater! lol yummy definitely gonna go there to eat when i come back to NYC.
I am in Brooklyn from Texas for 7 days. Your videos were my go to guide videos. All the other presenters seemed inexperienced or disorganized or just full of poop! Thanks for being the best guide on RUclips for me!
Yea.....Sarah and Luis....lot calmer than Sarah and Tom. Luis is so calm while Tom, bless his heart is a comedian underneath it all. Love them all for their differences.
Please make more of these videos this was fabulous. Pancakes for me, they look like they were made in heaven, I can only imagine how light and fluffy they are. I have the sweetest tooth in the world. When I come to New York and go on one of your tours, I will probably stop at the pancake restaurant for a few hours.😀😀😀
Every time I see you two guys, I just feel that I want to give your parents a hug! 🤗😊What an absolute credit you both are to them. 👏🏼👏🏼 I’ve only been married to my favourite wife for just over thirty years but, I’m so envious and excited of the years awaiting you both in your marriage. 🙌🏻 Would love to get over in just under 12 months, Covid 🦠 permitting 😳🙄. ‘Marriage is like an empty box, you can’t take out more than you put in’, from this side of the pond here in Brexitland 🏴 (England). 😉
SO GREAT! I always watch all your videos and looking forward to visiting NYC which is not possible for us (Spanish people) for now. I wish this pandemic would end really soon!
Love this! I live right nextdoor in Brooklyn Heights, and it was really cool to get an inside look at all these restaurants that I’m familiar with. The only one I haven’t tried is Clinton St Baking, but I sure will now!
Just wanted to say great job on all your videos Sarah (& Luis!). I stumbled across your videos yesterday in preparation for my xmas trip to NYC and I cant stop binging. Y'all deserve all the success your getting, mega kudos & keep em coming!
I love grimaldi's pizza ...last time I was there I had the Quattro formaggio pizza which was delicious! I'm looking for a awesome breakfast pizza in NYC ...any suggestions? Have a wonderful day beautiful lady😘😘😘xox
What kind of syrup is that? I look forward to Covid being behind us, and I would like to come do a food tour and visit to New York. I definitely want to see the Brooklyn Bridge. I’m an engineer and the Brooklyn Bridge is some thing I’ve studied closely. I want to walk on its non-motorized promenade.
A bit disappointed none of your tours were available during our Brooklyn visit next week. Oh well - we will raise a glass to you and your family on my birthday 9-15 - from your favorite rooftop bar. 😎
Always watch sarah and tom live . i did win on the last trivia but i never recieved my prize :)i suppose i need to be on instagram with my address i am not on it
Lyft took us to 55 water street New York instead of 55 water street brooklyn...it took 15 minutes for us to realise that we have reached the wrong place..lyft needs to correct this. When you select time out market..it takes to the wrong address. Beware..by the way..time out market is worth the visit and great dpit to take pictures...
