Don't kid yourself, dishwasher safe mod podge is not dishwasher safe and that glitter will start to come off over time. I've been making mugs for years and it's not this easy unfortunately. It's cute and it will work short-term but the mod podge has to cure about 30 days before you can really use it and you have to hand wash them if you want them to last.
also, make sure you start with a cold oven and put the cup in it before you turn it on. Once you turn it off, leave the cup in until it is completely cooled or there's a good chance it will shatter.

What do you use instead of the dush washer mod podge?
The regular mod podge or epoxy resin?
I would like to try but I'm not to sure about the materials just yet. Thank you in advance for any advice you may have as well.

Love it. The only thing I’d do differently is put a strip of tape on the mug before the glue and glitter goes on to get a more refined line.

Me too! Because theres no way I would repeatedly get a straight edge around the mug🤣. The mug beautiful though and an awesome color choice.

Yes, meaning your regular oven. Put the cup in before turning it on. Hope this helps.
