When using public transportation in Japan, it is considered impolite to speak loudly. While most Japanese people may not directly confront you, they might silently think of you as a bothersome foreigner, so it's important to be mindful of this and avoid speaking loudly.
Typical loud Americans, you should have read what is polite and what’s not in any country and blend in! You’re young and excited and will learn along the way. Best wishes.
When you first sat down it did look like you were in an airplane. Except for the great amount of leg room you actually had. That train looks cool. And it's super fast!
Awesome!!! This was the exact video i needed since I'll be doing Osaka -> kyoto -> fujiyoshida/kawaguchiko -> tokyo Most people do the reverse route. Can i ask would it be okay if i just rocked up to kyoto station to purchase bullet train tickets to Mishima or would I need to book in advance? Thanks!!
@@JacobandJennyTravel I'm still deciding whether to go from Kyoto to minashi to fuji like you did or go Kyoto to Tokyo then to fuji as Google maps suggest 😅 the second option might have more frequency of trains.
Considering much usability, bullet train is worth the fare. The hotel you stay at this time is so cool and authentic. In this kind of hotel, you can experience something different from global chain hotel.
I mean it's not like we could stand on the top of the train and film it hahaha😂 not sure how filming the outside of the train is possible when the windows don't open and it's going 200 miles per hour lol. But thanks for watching anyway! :)
I live close to Mt. Fuji. The amount of tourists this year is crazy. You picked one the worst times of the year to see the mountain. Most of the year I can see it from my bedroom window, but during the rainy season and much of the Summer, you wouldn't know there is a huge volcano there.

That makes sense! Thanks for sharing that great information :)

They’re American it’s physically being impossible for them to speak quietly.

The next time you visit Japan, go to Okinawa. It's one of the blue zones in the world where people live longer.
We for sure will!! Thanks for the tip Smit :)

What station did you get off at to catch the bus to Fuji? We are trying to do ~the same trip (Osaka to Fuji) in a couple of weeks!
I believe it was Fujikyu! Have a wonderful trip :)
Which station you went in Osaka to take the train? Also which station you took the bus?
We went to the main train station in Kyoto to catch the train :) and I believe it's a Fuji station that the train stops at to get the bus! Good luck!!

Is there restrooms on the bus?
There was on the train, not on the bus!
I would rather see outside of the train then you two.
