  • Craig lost all his gold and platinum records in a series of tragic events, myself and his girlfriend pulled off the surprise of the century, and replaced several of them for him.

So awesome Juli and Davey! What an amazing gift for Craig. Don’t know how you did it but wow! Miss ya Davey. You were there for such much of the crazy and were always a true friend and confidante. This was so nice to see.

Craig is a fucking rock legend. Him and Greg don't get enough credit for how great Everclear was

Agreed sir! It was an honor to play with them for as long as I did.

Very true. The genius was obviously Art, but the other members added so much. Craig's voice is really good! If you want to hear his voice better, there's an acoustic version of I Will Buy You A New Life where you can hear him well.

So happy to see this! 1990's Everclear was absolutely a soundtrack to my post punk years. I saw many shows with Craig playing and always tried to show my love for them all. Stupid crazy little girl wearing stars on my shirt in the front row. I loved you guys!

So great to see this! The Capitol Years were a big part of my youth and I hope Craig and Greg (and you also, Davey) understand how important you all were to making it come together and work. Awesome to see your friendships have endured since!

Craig is so mild-mannered in this compared to the hard rocker I remember watching on MTV when I was a teenager. Its crazy to see how people change over time.

Dammit can someone get it through to Art that the people want an Original Everclear reunion… nobody likes the hired guns, we put up with it because we love those songs but it falls short every time compared to the real thing… ps that Nikki sixx butt rock wannabe on 2nd guitar is embarrassing. Much love to Craig, Greg, and Davey… the real fans wanna see you guys get back together if even for just one show, I’d fly from Jersey to Portland to see that…

You're absolutely right about OG Everclear fans wanting to see a reunion with Art, Craig, & Greg. i know they're not gonna end up recording an album or going on a worldwide tour or anything like that. But a handful of shows would be a great thing to do for the fans. As far as the lineups that came after, i think they've made some good records & play well together live. Funny thing is, if u catch an Everclear show these days they pretty much only play the stuff from Sparkle & Afterglow. The last time i saw them was in 2012 i think in Honolulu & i got a chance to talk to Art after the show. First i fan-boy'd out by telling him i even listen to the Colorfinger, Shakin Brave stuff. Then i said - "Having grown up in portland, i always thought u were one of the best musical ambassadors to represent PDX right up there with Elliott Smith. i hope you never leave." He seemed to really appreciate the sentiment but then kinda shocked me by telling me he lived in Arizona at the time. i always thought Art was gonna be in Portland til the end. So then i asked - "Do u ever still communicate with Craig or Greg?" And Art very frankly just said - "No." No further explaination, just - no. I'm really not sure about the circumstances surrounding their breakup. Most of what i have heard is vague - 'We all just felt that it was time to move on" or something like that.

I love everclear have since 1995 when I was 13, but up claim they suck now is just stupid. I love Craig and Greg but Everclear is different now. They're older and all went their own ways but I can say without a doubt Everclear today has a great solid band. They're not the 90s grunge era but that's whats so special about it. Hey man I appreciate the past and it'll always be special to me but to act like Everclear is garbage now is just stupidity and ignorance.

I do in fact! Craig and I live pretty close to each other, art and I are in communication occasionally as well.
Current lineup is pretty happy doing what they are doing, not sure if a reunion would ever happen or not.
