I always said Rob spends so much time in the workshop he can never get his driving skills up, Now hes getting alot of time behind the wheel you can see how much better he’s got. Keep it up, Killing it
Whenever a tire fails on a tandem axle trailer, you're supposed to replace both tires on the side that had the blowout. This is because the remaining tire carried the full weight and was likely beyond the load rating of that tire. Often, if you don't replace both, the other one will fail and you'll find yourself constantly replacing tires.
That and checking the pressures after a few fuel stops, they might look good with a tyre kick but are low and then they get hot then pop... Tyre monitoring for cars is great, but even better on trailers.
And while you are it, is always good to replace all four tires because otherwise you have halfway used tires on one side and new ones on the other side, taking a chance of trailer hydroplaining on one wet roads. And since the trailer bearing was strugling by having to carry more weight in in that side, you may want to replace it while the wheel is already out.
@@normanguzman417If he's going to go that deep into it, he just as well rotary swap the generator. Why not also build a cage and fill it with helium so the trailer can haul more weight? Why are we still using tires? The trailer needs to be able to manipulate gravity. Better yet, why not just use teleportation? The future is yesterday. Nikola Tesla wasn't ahead of his time, we were just that far behind.
I was pumped he came back the car is sick was cool to check out the car while they had it jacked up I hope he goes next yr I'm going to camp there to stay the whole event
Man has everything but the seat time! And finally he's getting it, and it shows. So fuckin proud of him from how he started to how he got here. Humble ass man who deserves all of it 👏
man that things fast. not gonna lie, i cant wait to see the 4 rotor out here doin stuff like this, gettin properly sorted. its gonna be next level with all the stuff this car has taught you guys
I was so glad to see this car move away from only straight line speed stuff over the years, and now it has reached a point of applying ALL that straight line speed on an actual circuit! Big props rob ❤
Rob, I love you man and I know you need sponsors to keep everything running smoothly but (if you even see this) please consider who you’re advertising. There’s plenty of sources to look into about AG1, from macros and micros not adding up, the founder being a scam artist who fled New Zealand (New Zealand doesn’t allow the sale of food products that aren’t transparent about ingredients), spirulina blocking b12 absorption, etc. There’s a lot to unpack but what I’m really trying to get across is that I don’t want your reputation being diminished by this shady company. Keep doing great things, I wish the best success for you! And I’m waiting on 2 of those t-shirts 😂😂
Doesn't everyone know that youtube sponsors are suspect at best? I'm not mad about Rob collecting the checks though, there's a good chance those spots pay more than YT does. It's not great but if people are too dumb to research things they are putting in their body that's on them.
What's really impressed me the most, isn't the amazing car build stuff, but seeing Rob progressing as a driver on track. This is not easy. The final little bits to claw back those fractions of seconds takes so much more than most people will ever understand.
Awesome job!! Such a great story line of making and being better each time you go out!! Your team is beyond belief and they truly love you like family at how happy they are in your success and the sacrifices they make to help you be someone to strive to be like on and off the track!!❤❤❤❤❤
Good job bud. You will find making fast laps is easier when you run with the faster guys. The more you develop yourself the easier it's going to be for you to get a decent lap early in the event so you aren't placed among a bunch of ClubTR cars when you make a pile of horsepower compared to them. It's all a part of the game and you are learning! Super stoked to see getting there though!!
what another great accomplishment for you rob! you never cease to amaze me! keep up the amazing work man! i hope to see you up their branded with the fastest rx7 on a bunch of different tracks some day! ik with each passing day each moment you are one with your car you will continue to just get faster and faster until one day you will be to fast for the rx7. anyways rob i appreciate all that you do and its always such a pleasure to learn from you and watch you grow as a driver and as a mechanic, much love for all the hard work man!
I was thinking about that too. I'm curious to see what he does with the 4 rotor. They're different in many ways. How will he make it reliable? Also, was I dreaming or did I hear the 12 rotor fire up in a different video? So many interesting things to come!
Great stuff Rob, I think the best mod to take even more time off the clock is still driver improvement. But nice lap, both you and the car have come a long way.
Hey next time you have a flat like that use either one of your ramps or a 2x4 and drive the trailer on the good wheel on the side of the blow out since those are solid axels it will lift it off the ground quicker and safer . I only know this from having to do it my self ! Btw thanks for keeping the Dorito alive!!!!
I didn't wanna bug you at WV Hillfest cause you were already engulfed, but when I heard you were coming out I was stunned you made it. Going from Pikes to WV up to LRP... you're a madman.
Dude I would kill to drive at Lime Rock, that was ALWAYS my favorite real track in FM4 (my favorite overall was Maple Valley Raceway because I live near Maple valley and always liked the connection even though it's fake lmao) and remains my favorite track that isn't the Nordschleife to this day
Man, you could FEEL the difference on that 58. You were so much more deliberate with your driving. This is a visual representation of a man in The Zone™.
Hey Rob, i honestly think you should help Isaya (prolly spelled it completely wrong) build one of his cars one day. He and your team are super loyal to you and with good reason. BTW i love the content and aspire to run a shop of my own like you one day. Thank you for the awesome content.
I've played Forza Motorsports since the very first one that they put out and ive played it so much that i can almost race this track with my eyes closed. Daytona road course is what i know best because its the track that i used to tune and test all the vehicles. Its almost weird when i see these tracks in real life being so familiar to me.
I worked at Valvoline instant oil change, I was supposed to go far in that company, I was set and ready to go to manager training in Tennessee for 2 months, but jealous manager fired me for no stupid reason and listed me as not rehireable. By the time I talk to the district manager about what had happened, it was already too late for me to go. If I had known then what I know now, I never would have lost that opportunity and I would have been rehired and jealous manager would have been fired.
I was SHOUTING at the screen when I saw you take the last corner and it was showing 2 seconds under the previous lap. Way to go!
That part 😄

8:42 I love how the music dropped into the sound of the 3 rotor. Rob knows his audience well, no music can compete.
It sounds amazing 😍
It makes me want to build a track car 👨🔧
I'm glad you came back for Gridlife. The 3 Rotor sounded insane reverberating off the hill sides.

one good thing is that the car pased the scrouteneering on PP and should have no problem to pas on every track.
