It's Smelly's wife, Sarah Sandin. Kim sang on the album version, Sarah sang on this particular live version (this is the show at which they recorded their live CD "They've Actually Gotten Worse Live", the booklet thanks Sarah) but on other live versions Eric (Melvin, not Smelly) sings, or sometimes they pull a chick from the audience.
Which is actually funny because the next song here is NOT "Different Drum" because of what El Hefe says. They did record this concert over three nights too.
