Finding himself down and out overnight because of Paulie, Rocky goes back to Mighty Mick’s gym and remembers Mickey’s last words in a reverie filled with melancholy. Mickey-more than a father figure-was Rocky’s “angel”.
“And I tell you something: well if you wasn’t here, I probably wouldn’t be alive today. The fact that you’re here and doin’ as well as you’re doin’ gives me, what do you call, a motivization, huh? to stay alive. ‘Cuz I think that people die sometimes when they don’t wanna live no more…”
“And nature is smarter than people think. Little by little we lose our friends, we lose everything, we keep losin’ and losin’ till we say: “What the hell am I livin’ around here for? I got no reason to go on…” But with you, kid, boy, I got a reason to go on. And I’m going to stay alive. And I will watch you make good. And I’ll never leave you…”
“And it’s gotta be like an angel on your shoulder, see? If you ever get hurt, and you feel that you’re going down, this little angel is gonna whisper in your ear. He’s gonna say: “Get up, you son of a bitch! ‘Cause Mickey loves you.”

Pero tocalo sin el acompañamiento de cuerdas por qué si no así piensa la gente que lo estás tocando todo o que así suena con el puro piano, no engañes a la gente
Es un acompañamiento de cuerdas. El sonido que tiene de piano tiene la envolvencia de los violines, y se activa con un pedal, a elección de quien lo toca. Lo tiene programado desde el C4 hacia arriba. A ver si decimos las cosas bien antes de soltar lo primero. Yo también trabajo con envolvencias, y se usa de la manera que digo. Otra cosa es tocar el piano y luego grabar pistas secundarias con toda la orquesta de cuerda con arco. A mi me parece que está muy bien hecho el arreglo. Good arrangement.
