Your Rogue Seagulls reminded me of growing up in Galveston and watching tourists feeding the sea gulls. They would throw bread up in the air and the gulls would catch it. Pretty soon a whole flock of gulls were flying to the tourists to get a bite to eat, and emptying their stomachs. The tourists would start running and the gulls would follow them squawking and bombing the tourists. Pretty funny. So any time a tourist asked if it was legal to feed the seagulls, I’d say, Sure! And then watch the show. I was young. The Sutton Hoo mask looks incredible.😎
I live 5 minutes from Horsham St. Faith and we had our wedding reception at the "farm" opposite the Black Swan !! Great episode and I agree with Jenny regarding the music, looking forward to pt2. Your stuff just gets better with age, like a fine wine! lol
Thanks very much David! We definitely enjoyed our little break in the Black Swan - we’re glad you’re enjoying watching our adventures and thanks for your comments! 😀👍
G'Day from Australia! Great to see you wearing my channel Buff neck tube, very handsome! I'll give you a shout out in my next video, working on a visit to the film location of 'The Picnic at Hanging Rock' movie in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria. Ride safe & have a great day guys, Nick
Thanks for the captivating tour of the back roads of East Anglia - a sadly overlooked area. Not necessarily a bad thing, eh?Loved your historical background teasers along the way. Shame you weren't able to stop and partake of the world class Norfolk dressed crabs in Cromer or Sheringham. Would've been a tasty alternative to the good old lasagne standby.
A nice new trip. Again very interesting and informative. I am already looking forward to episode 2... 🤗 Again, a big praise for the atmospheric music. Love the music❤️....also very nice that you show the artists and the titles of the songs👏👍. Very nice....cheers 🍻😊🥰
Another great vid. Its an area we are not familiar with so thanks for showing us around. Think we probably would have landed our drone with all those gulls around!
All I can say is thank you - you two are doing a great job of promoting motorcycling and this country in general. I always feel good after watching your videos.
Thank you very much Oliver! We thought it would be a good idea to explore as much of the UK as we could especially in the light of the last 2 years! We really appreciate your comments and thanks for watching! 😀👍
I know East Anglia is a bit flat, especially compared to my manor, Dorset, but a change is as good as a rest. I thought the Suffolk countryside looked somehow familiar when we were there. It struck me afterwards that we'd been riding through a John Constable painting! Appreciate you both putting the effort in and sharing your trips 👍. PS. Sue, you need to hide Bri's bag of lolly sticks - please! 😂
Hi Mike, thank you for your lovely note and for watching our adventures. You’re right- we usually build some hilly and bendy roads but they were harder to find in Suffolk 😀I’ve looked through the video again and I’m struggling with the ‘lolly sticks’ so not sure what I should be hiding - sorry, I’m probably being dim 🤪Let me know what you mean and I’ll get to it 😉👍
I absolutely love everything about your videos. Even the music choice is perfect. Although, I'm not so sure about Brian's joke...lol. Can't wait for part 2. Those beach boxes are like the ones we have here, one of them sold last year for $650,000. Absolutely ridiculous!
Glad to see you made to my manor. Whilst at Aldeburgh you missed visiting the Long Shop Museum in Leiston, 2.5 miles away, and home to the first purpose built flowline assembly building in the world in 1852. Richard Garrett built the Long Shop, a long 2 storey building in order to build his portable steam engines ,of which 15,000 were sold worldwide. East Anglia can be very cold; you obviously encountered a Suffolk lazy wind on your visit, so called because it can't be bothered to go round you, just straight through. Great vid, waiting for the next instalment.
@@midlifemotorcyclediaries Yes, it's difficult to try and see everything. Aldeburgh and Southwold, or Chelsea and Kensington-on-Sea, are must see places timho a tad over-hyped.
Another great video diary, guys. We also visited this understated area v recently - two up. That breeze certainly makes for blustery riding conditions! Aldeburgh, including a visit to the Britten/Pears ‘Red House’, Snape Maltings and Orford (of Cold War interest) amongst our highlights. Always too many places for a single trip, eh? Looking forward to part 2….
Thanks very much Phil! You’re absolutely right, there’s always too many places to fit into one trip although I wasn’t aware of Orford and the Cold War 🤔 it’ll have to be next time. Thanks for watching! 😀👍
Gidday Brian and Sue, Great job on the video, very well put together. Yeah Knock Knock, crack up me Brian LOL Anyway, great riding thru the country side and taking in some History and amusement along the way. Yeah wasn't the weather just a stunner at Southwold's Haaaa. Great stuff, catch ya on the next one. Ride safe, Party on Cheers Paul
If only Carlsberg did ship burial site museums and controlled the weather. East Anglia is a part of England I've never visited, may do it one day and then also call in to see the David Silver Honda collection? Another well made vlog, look forward to part two.
Great to see you both back on tour looked like some fun places to visit and as always we love hearing your reviews on places, great video thanks for sharing 😁👍🏻
Enjoyed your East Anglia trip so far.. looks really cold.. but still great to be out on the bikes , at least it’s dry.. (My ancestors are from East Anglia and so far, traced back to late 1300’s.) Excellent editing 5***** Stay safe and warm💕
Thank you Jen! It was really cold unfortunately 🥶 but any bike trip is a good bike trip! 👍 must be fascinating to trace your ancestry - will have to do that one day 😀👍
Great video you do pass over so much information that’s really useful, just wondering have you done a video on the does and don’t on a trip to France, we are sailing from Portsmouth to Bilbo and then heading to see friends just down from the Pyrenees and don’t want to fall fowl of the French Police 👮♀️, if you could point me in the direction of a previous video that would be great. Mark.
Thanks very much Mark - Glad you enjoyed it! It's great to see you in our neck of the woods, some lovely drone footage of Aldeburgh! Next time you're in southwold stop by 2 magpies bakery! Enjoyed the video, look forward to the next one 😁
We did east anglia in 2020 in the little break of covid, out of all our trips it was probably our least favorite. Best part I think was the North Coast. Its all an adventure and still good to get away. The pier you visited had an amazing little cafe that had the best scones I've ever tasted, there was also some bizarre water clock and the handrail/edge of the pier was decorated in small brass plaques for birthdays etc. Look forward to your summery. Ours was... well we've been there and done it.
Hi you two. Hope your well. Great video again Brian. Shame about the COMEDY though. SOUTHWOLD is a lovely place. Love it there. especially WHEN ITS sunny AND WARM. All the best Charlie.

Thanks very much for your comments! The route animations are created in an app called Relive. It’s really simple and basically does it all for you - highly recommended. Thanks for watching! 😀👍
Another great informative video, not an area I would to go to though, looks a bit flat, a bit spoilt living in the South West both for roads and beaches.
