This is called 'puthra mArgam - sameepam'. 3. yOgam: Inward worship only of a formless God by control of senses, holding the oxygen in the inhaled air and letting it through the six centres of 'kuNdalini chakrA' after understanding each state fully, experiencing the flow of nectar in the 'Lunar zone' between the eyebrows and letting it seep throughout the body and meditating on the full effulgence. This is 'sakha mArgam - sArUbam'. 4. gnAnam: Ceasing all external and internal activities, this method consists of worshipping through the medium of intellect alone, seeking the True Knowledge.
