Please connect with your university coordinators, and they will be able to guide you accurately! Usually hard copy documents are required to be sent. British Council has a list of universities they approve for sending scores online. If a university is not on the list, you will have to send a courier via British Council. Central funding are usually always approved after admission. Hence you need to complete admission procedures first. Hope it helps!
