We are the homecare workers of ParaMed. Every day, we care for the sick and vulnerable. We deserve fair wages and more than three sick days. Our mileage and travel pay has been reduced, despite ParaMed profiting a record $35M off public tax dollars in 2016. It’s time for ParaMed to GET REAL.

I know this is an old video,but as a psw working for Paramed,I just had to commentWhen I started with Paramed 11 years ago,it was not a bad company,,but after merging with Revera,the company has just gotten progressively worse.Management and supervisors are essentially useless,coordinators cram as many clients onto your schedule as they can get away with,and I am often double,and sometimes even triple booked,and they often go over my availability.Nurses and Psws are quitting on a daily basis,and because they are so short staffed,the ones that are still there are over worked,and basically treated like a number.Paramed is definitely a company that cares more about profits over the health and well being of their workers.
