great hunting as always! what i dont understand though is this: why did you not go to look for blood or hair to be shure you did not hit him? in austria where i hunt there would be an extensive search for any signs that the buck was not wounded. or did you do that and not put it in the video?
Absolutely fantastic story about a bond that crosses oceans 🌊. Hunting and fishing 🎣 etc… can do that for any of us. I was looking forward to seeing this episode of the three of you chasing Roebuck and being successful. A third time is a charm 🍀 trying to get that old buck Pedro. Sharing the culture and food 🥘 is part of the journey too. I remember hearing about it on The Hunter’s Quest podcast recap episode. I’m looking forward to watching the Chamois episode on The Hunter’s Quest TV show this summer or fall.

Hey pedro & hunter, injuring your hand with roebuck heads is much more common than i think. At my old place, a hunter cut his leg arterie when cleaning red stag heads and died three times in the ambulance until he got to hospital and was saved. I clean up alot of roe skulls and i tend to lock the skull in a vice to avoid the skull moving the knife.

No me pasa nada Pedro, te sigo desde que siendo un crío escribiste un reportaje en la revista TROFEO ibas con tu padre a la Columbia británica creo recordar a cazar con arco,me pareció una pasada. Lo que no es de recibo es dedicarse a las redes sociales profesionalmente, vender tu vida privada y no admitir críticas. Lo de sobreactuar puede ser mejor entendido por el mercado americano, pero entiéndeme que esos abrazos , esos aspavientos....yo como cazador de a pie no lo veo. Por lo demás ,me encantan los escenarios donde cazas y lo buen comunicador que eres. No soy de los que le paso a nadie la mano por la espalda, y creo que aún siendo crítico soy objetivo.....los que me conocen en la caza saben que soy muy exigente conmigo mismo. Un saludo.
Buenas noches te he encontrado de casualidad mirando videos de PRS porque me gustaria iniciarme en ello pero la verdad no soy muy partidario de la caza o matar animales y eso que tengo una carniceria,pero he entendido muy bien el video y no me disgustaria hacer algo asi por la naturaleza,un saludo desde el pais vasko

@@pedroampuerohunting Hi, I was just making a hyperbole. Of course you can’t hunt them without a permit and in certain areas. It was just to emphasize how common I thought they were. At least in comparison to other wild game. Because where I live, I get them in my backyard, and I live in the suburbs. For example we’ve rarely had a moose here as they’re much more shy of civilization I think. Btw i’m a new fan of your channel through Brian Gritty. Really really love watching your videos and learning!

No, and that is not how it works here. you need to lease an area, and they are not that easy to hunt, at least not in Spain. Thanks for watching!
