Nice reaction. This was metal in the 70's, Queen has a few metal type of songs. Of course they can't compare to Slipknot because this was from the early 70's. Try The Great King Rat live at he Rainbow '74, Ogre Battle (this is known as one of the fist thrash metals songs) live at Hammersmith Odeon '75 or for something towards power metal or proto power metal try The Prophet Song. For something heavy from late in Queen's career try Gimme The Prize it was written as the theme song for the bad guy in the Highlander movie.

Ogre Battle is definitely not thrash metal... You're thinking of Stone Cold Crazy, which was covered by Metallica
