26:40. In the marbles game you could create your own rules within the framework of taking marbles and no violence, but this game is specifically about choosing glass tiles.
She also saved the rest with her actions. If Deouk-su had made it to the end, there is ZERO chance he would let anyone else off the bridge. He would stand at the end and push anyone who tried to jump to the platform back.
I think the reason they made them take their shoes off is that even if you balanced on the rails if you stepped on the normal glass, when it shattered, your feet would be cut to ribbons, and you would either fall, or your feet would be so badly cut you couldn't stand, or your would be bleeding so much that when you jumped to the next plane, you wouldn't be able to keep from slipping.
I don't understand the numbers. In the tug of war game there were 8 teams of 10 and half lost leaving 40. In the marbles game there 40 minus the doctor and one sat out the game. So 38 divided by 2 leaves 19. Add back the one that sat out and minus the one that hung himself leaves 19. This game started with 16. What am I missing?
I've seen that comment a lot on this episode-- why don't they just walk on the beams? A good thought, but presumably, if they did that, they'd be in violation of the game rules, and would likely have been shot by one of the guards who were stationed on both platforms.
Flinching at a gun shot is absolutely not a sign of remorse, IMO. Remorse requires admitting your actions were a mistake, and that you would do it differently if you could. But in Sang-woo's mind he never did anything wrong, since he was just doing what he needed to do to survive/win, everyone else be damned... which is the same selfish attitude which lead to him defrauding all his clients, and even his own mother.
@@nubzors Yes in the real world, Sang woo was a selfish asshole. But in this game, he did what he had to do to survive. Not to mention every main character would be dead if it wasn’t for his quick thinking. And if he didn’t feel guilt or remorse, he would’ve never killed himself at the end despite Gi Hun wanting to end it and them both living. Hence, him saying “I’m sorry”
Hey Doug, did you guys quit Vikings? Just wondering, no pressure my life has been busy lately so if you already announced I probably missed, my bad. Anyways still love y’all! Keep doing what you do! :)

I meant to send you a note letting you know that because of the holidays and how busy Tera and I are from just normal work loads, that we probably wouldn’t be able to get to Schindler’s list until after the new year but we are definitely going to do it and Tera is up for the challenge

Also another thing for sangwoo is he feels no remorse with the things he does. That's why I don't like him. Gi hun at least felt bad and you could tell in his face he didn't want to trick the old man.
@@bpistherevolutionsince2021 You can make the argument that Cho Sang-woo is a sympathetic figure with all the pressure he must have had to impress his mom and the rest of the village. Just like the choices people have to make in an environment set against them.

The girl that killes Douk-Su killes herself with him because it was so many tiles left and she knew that she didn’t have a changed ether way.

I think some of the pairs in the marbles game didn’t finish their game, so they both got eliminated.
RIP Han Mi Nyeo, your special brand of crazy will be missed

I just thought you'd like to know that this is the episode that made me fall in love with the actor that plays the detective. Haha ❤❤😍😍😭
That's interesting. What other roles has he been in?
@@DougTera he's in a new series coming out now in December. Its called "Bad and Crazy"
@@raquelsanchez288 I'll check it out.
Yeah, the cop is beautiful. I thought Sang Woo was handsome too, but now I wanna smack his duplicitous face!

We want to be gi hun but in reality most of us are sang woo
Thank you. The actor who played him said something similar to this in a interview..
This is so true ...
tbh i like ur react keep ur honest react 👍👍
Don't worry, I'm a crybaby too.
19:23 I was thinking the same thing, Doug. I'd have walked away with the whole mannequin under my arm while everybody shook their heads.
@ 35:51...epic silence and jaws dropping expression on your faces LOL
Sangwoo did show remorse, actually. He trembled when he heard the gunshot that killed Ali. It's not like he was a psychopath.

People will complain about anything. I don't have any problems with your sound levels.
i would love to see 67 playing mikasa from titans
Those people defending Sang-woo must be Ayn Rand fans.

That's debatable. I'm sure he cared for Ali but self-preservation was higher priority. That's the beauty of the complexity of his character.
