There is a game old ladies play called Bingo. Not sure if you have heard of it. They call out numbers and whoever has all the numbers on their card wins a prize. A lot of the numbers have nicknames to make sure everyone marks off the correct numbers. Number 88 is two fat ladies - I’m guessing because of the shapes of those numbers. Placebo use a lot of weird UK culture references in their songs.
