In the book he didn't see Quirrell die didn't even know what happened while in the movie he deliberately placed his hands on him to burn him like a savage lmfao
I get the idea of the screenwriters tho. For movies it's easier to imply them deceased, rather than making effort about telling backstories for people that doesn't read the books anyways. They didn't event make the Tom Riddle Senior backstory in the movie.
21:30 That is mostly weird since the movies have never brought up again since CoS that the Slytherin rooms are indeed in the dungeons... well that and since the movie deliberately chooses to omit it and make it sound like... well whatever they are imprisioned in the dungeons in the movie
Pitch meeting about movie 6 hits the nail right on the head, honestly. It's the reason why it's my least favorite out of all the Harry Potter movies. It's my favorite book, the movie just falls short... extremely.
Someone told me this a while ago and it was very funny They said the reason they don't watch Harry Potter is because it is shit, and voldemort fail to take over the school full of children then just die
I would agree, but in the book he never saw Quirrell die. He definitely maimed his teacher, and he would die eventually, but he never crumbled into ash and never died right in front of Harry's eyes. I believe he got badly burned, and was left to die after Harry passed out and Voldemort was like 'I aint sticking around for this', and left Quirrell's body.
in the book Harry passed out before Quirrel died... so basically in the movie we have to assume that Quirrel lived through his body being turned to ash and falling apart long enough for Harry not to see him actually die
@@uhJerryJackson I was going off the books, where Harry passes out and then Dumbledore has to tell him Quirrell died after he wakes up in the hospital wing. It's been a long time since I've watched the movies so I tend to forget the little differences. That doesn't excuse the movies' inconsistencies with each other though
Asterisks, part 2: -Book Ginny has WAY more character than Movie Ginny, the movies did her so dirty -They can’t disaparate when they’re all running through the forest because then they’ll all get separated -Voldi put Nagini in a protective bubble during the battle -Book Harry didn’t break the Elder Wand, he just put it back in Dumbledore’s grave and was like “if no one ever beats me in a fight - or just steals my wand, apparently - for the rest of my life then the Elder Wand won’t have a master anymore and it’ll lose its power” so I’ve actually got to give a rare point to the movies for fixing a weird book thing
Since Harry Potter's getting a show remake, I kinda hope they keep Rowling as out of the production as currently possible and rewrite the story a bit to fix all the plot holes, but still be true to the overall story. I know that's hoping for to much, but it'd be really cool.
I mean usually having certain plot holes doesn't really detract from the experiences of those movies. It makes rewatching more fun. however, I will say that finding out certain caricatures and stereotypes really sour the work.
@@whitenoisereacts I can't figure out how to send links, but I just typed in lord of the rings pitch meeting and it came up instantly. Its on the screen rant channel, they have an ultimate compilation with the hobbit movies included
Please react to CRY WOLF, KISS THE GIRLS, ALONG CAME A SPIDER, PEPPERMINT, FLIGHT PLAN, THE CALL, THE BRAVE ONE, SWEET GIRL, ENOUGH, THE NEXT 3 DAYS, 88 MINUTES, LAW ABIDING CITIZEN, DOUBLE JEOPARDY and FINAL GIRLS (2015)

Wasn't Neville's parents in the mental hospital equivalent? They weren't killed, they were just tortured until they lost their minds? i forget
I get the idea of the screenwriters tho. For movies it's easier to imply them deceased, rather than making effort about telling backstories for people that doesn't read the books anyways. They didn't event make the Tom Riddle Senior backstory in the movie.
@Riley Garraway That scene where Neville's mom gives him the bubble gum wrapper is so heart breaking

I just agree with the Lily's eyes part and the Professor Quirrell's death to see the Thestrals
If I remember correctly, Harry passed out before Professor Quirrell actually died so he technically didn't see it

the “well at least he’s honest” was it! 😂😂 like he actually wrote the movies … it’s so easy to get caught up in Pitch Meetings
19:30: I think attack on Titan writer iseyama heard that and was like "now I know what to do with my final season"
Sorry for the off topic comment: Just wanted to ask if you guys are planning to watch season 2 of Shadow and Bone? It's already out. :)
Are you guys going to react to the second season of shadow and bone??
Part 2 of the harry potter pitch meetings is very cool, just like part 1.
I LOVE Harry Potter, but this is so funny. I can't stop laughing. Can you react to Pitch Meeting about "Wednesday"?
Its only logical that you complete the series and react to the Fantastic Beast's Pitch meetings
Asterisks, part 2:

-They can’t disaparate when they’re all running through the forest because then they’ll all get separated

It really says a lot when you have a char that is more hated than the man that kills people 😅😅
😂 I would love to see him do Silent Hill. And same man, I hate when stuff goes full-on love plot when I wanna see action. Camping for a while 😁
Guys try "The Shadow 1994" its very underrated and almost forgoten comic book movie
It’s all fun. Thanks!
Top gun maverick pitch meeting!!
Eyy do you plan to react to the 2nd season of Shadow & Bone?

Willy Wonka is one of my favorites!
That was a bit rough. I had not thought about the fact the house was destroyed and the. It was fine. Haha
