No one is talking about this. That man is a legend. He is what a real man should be. All men should learn from him. With all these crisis of exes continuing abusing their spouses after they separate, TP shows that you don’t have to be an evil, vindictive, and bitter because you are no longer together. Many men vow and destroy their exes financially, mentally and emotionally including their own children their children to get at their partners. TP, Allowing his ex, the mother of his child to shed a light on his very private life, allowing her to continue shining and becoming her own star, and both continuing to talk so positively about each other, is the optimum of civility and respect every separated/divorce couple should display. Man you are not only grand (tall) but you are also grand (great). May your life example serves as a lesson for a better world.

We as a people, and I am talking the Black race, we need to step up. Yes, I know, no one is the same, but I am speaking to the ones who are ruthless towards each other. If you don't stop killing and abusing our own, your day will come if you don't repent. Slavery has done a lot of damage and is still doing damage, but if you stay in your sin without a Godly conscience, there will be consequences! We fight against and abuse each other too much. The ones that are decent and trying to live in a decent way are often criticized and ostracized. We need more love towards each other. We have been bogged down so much that the generational curse is hard to go away. Please, help yourself and others. This morning I watched the Michigan man in prison is still there because of another black man that lied on him. This is an example off what I am talking about.

It had very little to do with running from one's Blackness, because not every Black person has experienced a Madea character. Also, the films aren't good. This man continues to inspire me. He inspired this poem and is absolutely a Pillar of Light to so many. I am blessed by the gift he is to this world.........
    **Pillar of Light **
Let me be your pillar of light in what seems like an endless darkness,
Let me love you unconditionally while guiding your through the tears and heartbreak that seem to never disappear.
I am your light, I am your hope, I am your strength, I am whatever you need me to be.
Let me remind you that you matter, that you are worthy of endless blessings and happiness.
I am your pure white light of everything honest, true and good that surrounds you.
Let me wrap you in the glittering essence of love and healing.
Let me hold you when you feel there is no one else near, let me revitalize your will to survive whatever it is, let my light shine bright, guiding you every step of the way.
Let me wipe each tear away and replace it with the faith of what is to come.
Let me ease this lingering gloom, let me illuminate my love into the depth of your heart and soul filling you with joy, peace and happiness.
I will never judge you, I will never hurt you intentionally, I will never walk away leaving you all alone.
I will be the light, the faith, the love you never knew you needed.
Your wounds, the depth of your scars, they make you even more resilient, more precious and more beautiful than you ever imagined.
You are so much more than you ever knew possible. You are a limitless being of God.
You are forgiveness, You are Love, You are an adored Spirit, You are a Reason, You have a Purpose,
    You are Remarkable.
You too are a pillar of light, illuminating every day, a shimmering glow that everyone sees.
No more trying to dim your light, no more trying to shrink who you are, because you are a brilliant and extraordinary being meant to be here, meant to do amazing things.
Let me be your pillar of light, always reminding you to radiate no matter what comes to dim the essence of your inspiration and love.©

Plus, the criticizers are ones who probably never accomplished anything in their own lives.

Tyler Perry's step father was wrong in one way but a victim in a very bad way. For a man having a son to carry on your name is the most important thing in a mans life. The black woman that took her gun and went after Tyler Perry's step father should have went after Tyler's mother too. I have some questions. Why didn't Tyler Perry's mother ever come forward and tell Tyler Perry she stepped out on her husband and got pregnant by another man? The documentary make Tyler and his mother out to be the victims. It is clear to me that Tyler's step father was the true victim. The anger that Tyler's step father was dealing with was overlooked to support a LGBT feminist agenda. I am going to say this again when a man has a son that is the most important part of a man's life. Unless Tyler Perry's mother got pregnant by immaculate conception she was not the saint this movie is trying to make her out to be. Tyler Perry's step father was the true victim. Tyler Perry's step father was the victim of a deceitful woman. Tyler Perry unfortunately was the result of his mother stepping out on a hard working Black man. That uneducated, unwanted hard working Black man that was possibly deceived by Tyler's mother raised Tyler with his hard earned money. I have another question. Why did Tyler Perry's step father suspect Tyler Perry was not his child? How did the fact that Tyler Perry may not be his child come up? The movie didn't say Tyler Perry's mother told his step father Tyler Perry was not his child. So who did? The guy did not handle it well and took it out on Tyler Perry. How is a black woman a good strong woman if she steps out on her husband and gets knocked up by another man? The Book of Proverbs talks about bad women. Tyler Perry's step father is not necessarily bad. It appears his anger came from being lied to by Tyler's mother. He was a victim also. I agree that beating a child is wrong. Isn't stepping out on your husband and bringing another man's baby into his house wrong also? The scriptures of Proverbs talks about no good Un-Godly women. This movie is trying to make heterosexual Black men look bad. In my opinion the step father was lied to and disrespected by Tyler Perry's mother. The black woman that pulled the gun on the step father should have told the step father the truth that Tyler was not his child. To deceive a Black man into believing a baby is his heterosexual Black man abuse. Tyler Perry's mother was made to look like she was honorable when in fact his step father was a good man in a bad situation. I agree his step father didn't handle the situation well but did not Tyler Perry's mother created the situation in the first place. Black women have no respect for heterosexual Black men. I repeat it is Black women that have no respect for heterosexual Black men. Tyler Perry's step father was wrong for beating him but he was also lied to by a deceitful woman. I have three more questions. If Tyler's mother was such an honorable woman why was a DNA test needed ? Also why did the results come back the man that raised him was not his natural father? What does scripture say about no-good un-Godly women? Read Proverbs and find out.

@@emilyjones326 near the end of the movie it was mentioned that the man that raised Tyler was not his biological father. At that point I understood the title of the movie Maxine's Baby. Growing up I would here my father and uncles talking about Black men they knew that were raising children that were not theirs. Back in those days there was no DNA testing available for the average guy that had questions about paternity. Men had to rely on what the child's mother told them; until one of his female relatives told him that baby doesn't look like us. They would say momma's baby daddy's maybe. The one person that knew for sure Tyler was not the man's son was Tyler's mother. The way this movie depicted Tyler's step dad was similar to how The Color Purple made Black men look. There is an organized effort in all forms of communications to make Black men look bad. This movie does that. Having a son is extremely important to a man. Deception is a form of manipulation and psychological abuse. Tyler's step dad had been through a lot of physical abuse as a child. To bring a woman into your house who had nowhere else to go and marry her; only to be double crossed by her when she gets knocked up by another man is something else. Then to not tell the man that gave you a place to stay the baby is not his is ungrateful deceit on the part of the woman. I understand the love most people have for their mother. I say most because alot of children were abandoned by their mothers; at least in the Black community they were. Tyler's mother created a lot of the problems he had with his step dad because she was not upfront with his step dad. I am not saying Tyler's mother created 100% of the problems but, she did created a lot of the problems. If she would have told Tyler's step dad Tyler was not his; he probably would have put het out of his house. Then his mother would have been homeless again. As a heterosexual Black man let me tell you we go through a lot of abuse in this system. In my opinion both Tyler and his step dad were the victims of the same deceit and lie. His step dad was wrong for beating him but his mother was wrong for what she did to his step dad. Read The Book Proverbs to see way Tyler's mother was wrong.
