Walid's movements are way more interesting (although this particular dance is far from his best) and creative, Jaygee's execution is as always terrific. The reason you think Walid is weak is because his execution is not tight and precious - he doesn't make a big effort in isolation, which blurs his axis. However I think this is a deliberate choice, because if you look at some of this class training videos, he's absolutely capable of making his movements clearer. To me Walid is just as insanely good as Gucchon minus the execution, his dance is so packed full of concepts and creative musicality you can watch it 50 times no joke. I think a tie is fair.
