मै मेडिकल पर काम किया हूँ और sandeep sir ने एक दम सही बोला। अक्सर मेडिकल वाले ग्राहक के क्या करते है _ ग्राहक के दवाई के पर्चे मे जो दवाई लिखी होती है उसकी जगह दूसरी कम्पनी same formula की दवाई ग्राहक को बिना पूँछ कर दे देते है । जिससे काफी सारे मेडिकल स्टोर के पूराने costumer दूसरी जगह से दवाई खरीदने लगते हैं। और में जिस मेडिकल पर काम करता था वो uncle ek दम सही दवाई देते थे और उनके पास ज्यादा भीड़ भी इसी लिए आती थी क्योंकि ग्राहक को ट्रस्ट था की हमारी दुकान पर उन्हें एक दम सही दवाई दी जायेगी

Sandeep sir I am very much thankful for your advice to solve some ones problem . I started my own business of a pet retail store as I analysed that in my area there is no such shop and I am a dog lover and had some kind of knowledge. Of dogs and there take care. Slowly slowly now I have taken a big shop and have launched my own brand in pet shampoo and got it trade mark registered. Which is something different as many brands are not registered ®️ as trade mark . Thanks. I utilise my knowledge and sales skills and passion for dogs .
