Do you need to take out all the oil from your bigger oil resevoir that’s on your boat first? The hoses you take off the small oil tank when you replace it from the motor won’t leak out since the bigger oil resevoir that’s on the boat is filled up ?
Thats simple, fill the tank till just before its full. Start the engine until the reservoir overflows a tiny bit and cap it before turning the engine off.
Leave out 1 " of oil ,then with the lid loose start it up let it idle till the oil fills the Remainder of the tank.. then tighten up the lid on the tank
What should we do, if we replaced and purged tank and still getting alarm? We have opened cap while boat runs and see reservoir being filled. Any help appreciated!
Another amazing video! Thanks for the help and the props. Btw, I still think the fast forward was just you wrenching at normal speeds!

@@jordanpadilla99 no you don't need to drain the oil reservoir in the boat.
Greetings from an old friend from elementary school
Would have been nice to have completed the job and show the bleeding process once the oil had been poured back into the tank.

Thanks, don’t even need to watch the video now.

If you are still having issues after the tank change it could be a different issue.
Look at'cha dropin' knowledge...hehehe
You know it
Nice brother..I like..
Where u hook up the temp gauge at
There is no temp gauge on this reservoir
How do we bleed the oil?
You can fill the reservoir then turn the key so the pump kicks on. Let it fill to overflow then install the cap so there is no air.
