Glad to see you are back combining. I went out to brush hog some property this morning. First pass in the field got a flat tire. 4 1/2 hours later fixed. Good afternoon to Grandma too!!!!!!
Enjoy the videos. Admire your dad, always a watchful eye keeping a check on the machines and the product, out in the field walking behind the combine Checking on lost and checking the trailer loading. Keep y’all straight 😂
If there is lock tight on the thread 400 degrees of more will let it release it's good stuff. Nice to see it all work out for ya. Have a Safe and Awesome day.
I don't know if you remember but I told you a lot of RUclips farmers were having trouble with the bearings on the high speed discs. Doesn't matter what brand. They don't last very long. I sure hope they come up with a fix. Thanks for the video. Hi Granny 👋
I had guy show me a great way to get those races out and easy. Weld on the race in two places about 1 inch long 180o apart when it cools the race will fall out. I have used that technique hundreds of times since.
My buddies Dad is like Daniel he won’t let anyone near the combine all fall. When he gets it out of the shed when they switch from beans to corn and when they get done he tells there two hired men to wash it and every year they laugh at him and tell him to wash it himself. It’s always funny to see how long his Dad will let it sit there till he washes it himself. They only do it when it’s time to wash it. The hired guys go through all the mechanical stuff on it every winter.
Use a broom stick and zip tie a shop rag to the end of it. Wipe the inside bottom of the fuel tank. If you find Grey snot you got algae in the tank. It can make it seem like a bad fuel pump or filter. I had a Deere that got it in it. Stopped up lines and filters. Acted just like a bad fuel pump.
Hello Mr. Farm Superintendent I see you waving to me from behind that big truck filled with yellow Corn. I admire your work. Tony in Venice Florida ps. hello Granny
Great content as always. Keep the action coming as always. Awesome view from the driver seat. Beautiful scenery from the Drone. I'm glad everything going well. You guys seem down to earth, good people. Hard at work, trying to make a honest living. Definitely catchya at the next one. You all be safe!!
We have had fuel issues this year as well we take the fuel line to the tank hit it with the air compressor it usually has some little elbow and pinch points between the primary and the tank. I have not seen a tractor yet that did not have this happen around here and we all have fuel filters on the big tank and the tank in the truck that we change every few months and still get blockages.

@@TripleRFarms I'm from eastern Travis County in the Texas blacklands. We could get a one inch rain of manure alternating with a 2 inch slow rain the following week for the whole growing season and never get anywhere near 200 bushels. When I farmed, my best was 6800 pound milo on 160 acres one year. It was 1973 and we got parity prices that year. I farmed 1000 acres with 4 row equipment It was a totally different world back then.
Just a curious question. Do you think stock cutters would be beneficial in your type of operation. I'm not a Claas combine guy but during the Farm Progress the Claas combine did a fantastic job with leaving the crop residual shredded to almost nothing.
your feederhouse chain hasn't jumped a tooth has it ? I've had it happen to me before and it will make a ticking noise like i thought i heard will you were combining. Our dealer mechanic said to tighten it a little tighter than what the indicator shows is tight on the side of the feederhouse.
You need a hydraulic press you can build one using a 30 tonne hydraulic jack but a lot of seals and bearings are mess up By Big Hammers keep an old bearing race ,grind the outside of it to slip into hub easy use it as tool to push in new race with the hydraulic press not a cucking Hammer
Toujours de superbe vidéo ? Bonjour de la France Orleans dans le val de Loire la région des châteaux du même nom ?
Love to arch you farming. So glad your corn crop is good.

Hey Granny, Great video Daniel
Hello.

That's my go to method to . Too easy vs beating on everything
Enjoying the videos !! Keep them coming.👍🏻👊🏻

Just found your channel. Great video. Hope hurricane did not do much damage. Thanks for farming, I like to eat.
Yield is unbelievable? Could you put a number on that? And your drone segment was perfect, thanks.
My request as well.

Those taper headed Allen bolts like that are always tough to get out , heating them up or smacking it hard afew with a hammer is usually what it takes
Yep, thanks for watching 👍😁
Really nice camera work Daniel. That bearing job was a bull.
Hello Mr. Farm Superintendent I see you waving to me from behind that big truck filled with yellow Corn.

Corn looks great. How many bushels to the acre is it making?
We are averaging anywhere from 150- 204, thanks for watching 👍😁

Weld a bead on in inside of race all the way around and your race will come out a lot easier. I use 3/32 7018 rod
I'll bet them bearings are expensive
Just like those on John Deere ripper
Hi Granny, I'll bet you are glad the hericane is over and gone
I sure am glad!
it has become a game with us to find where the chip bag is in each piece of equipment or truck lol
Ha ha, thanks for watching 😁👍
Good drone footage, what brand do you use? Thanks.
Thanks for watching 👍😁

Don’t think so, thanks for watching 👍😁
Prime the pump from the tank to the first filter
Whose drone do you use the colors and clarity are great. Thanks
Y’all could have sent some of that rain to N.C. so dry here ! Where are those bearings for the speed disk made ?
So, what is your approximate yield of “good corn”? Blessings.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
put a weld bead around the inside of bearing race let it cool / water bang it out easy !!
Daniel word to the wise case combine do a good job them tractors can't hold up to hard work like them deere do

Alright Triple R Daniel are you going to use your new combine for the beans
Good video, dumb question, do you operate the drone while at the controls of the combine?
Down with Left Tube
How many bushel per ac is really good in that corn for u guys ?
👍👏👏👏
Would like to know where you sell your corn and what marketing techniques you use.
Didn’t you guys just buy that disk, i would be really concerned that all the bearings will be going out.
It was a demo but still should not have bearing trouble yet, thanks for watching 😁👍
Those are some big fields. How big are they and how many acres do you farm?
Do you mind me asking do most of the land you farm is sandy land thanks
Dad's portable press=hammer
👍
Did u line bore the hole out
How many bushels are u making to the acre
Are you guys on 38 inch rows?
How many acres corn do you have this year
How many acres at Tyler?
I hate to see a combine, full, waiting for a truck. Prime waste of time. Ya'll need more trucks to keep up. Lol.
What county are you in
Our shop is in lowndes , thanks for watching 😁👍

Chinese bearings. EOS/
Even if the box says it was made somewhere other than China, the actual bearing part of that hub is made in China. Deere does the same shady stuff.
