Belt should have no play in tension, its kind of hard to say how much tension should be but you want it as tight as the original belt that goes on the vehicle

You should be able to find it on ebay, it comes as a kit with the bracket, belt, pulley, and bolts

I went to my local parts store and purchased the wiring harness I believe it was like 38 dollars

It is a 380 amp alternator I picked up at a local alternator shop
